Lovely place to stay in Hakone. Clean room and sweet attentive staff. We loved the onsen! The breakfast and dinner gave you many choices and the food was very well prepared and tasty!

Clean, convenient location to boat cruise and bus top, with immediate walk / view of the lake! Lovely personal hot tub. Make sure you are okay with either a bit of travel or pre ordering dinner though! Only one restaurant in town open for dinner in the area

They do not have an onsite staff. This is not very clear at the time of booking. Not having an onsite staff means you cannot leave your bags at the hotel. So if you plan to drop your bags or have them delivered to the hotel, do not book with this hotel

Great place for a large group or family. Bus stop is right outside, convenience store one bus stop away. It is further away from the touristy areas, but that was what we wanted. Private indoor/outdoor onsen is a plus. They provide all the basics needed for everyday hygiene, and cooking. We definitely ...
