NOTE: *THIS UNIT WILL BE AFFECTED 1/20-1/31/25. During this time, access to your lanai will be restricted while work is being performed above your unit.
Building Spalling work to begin January 13 and last approximately 8 months. Work hours are Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), excluding weekends and federal holidays. Noisy work, such as jackhammering and grinding, can be expected during work hours.
February 3 – 21, 2025, pool deck and swimming pool area will be closed during work hours (Mon-Fri; 8a-430p)

**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** Alohana at Palms Waikiki 310 is a beautifully remodeled hotel-style studio at the ideally located Aqua Palms. Includes a private lanai, full bath, partial ocean views and kitchenette. Free reserved parking for one vehicle and access to on-site pool, sundeck, grill and paid laundry. Ideally located steps away from Waikiki Beach, Hilton Hawaiian Village and Bay, Ala Moana Center and Beach Park, Fort DeRussy and more.

This home is a remodeled studio at the Aqua Palms that sleeps 4. Features access to on-site pool, sundeck and reserved parking for one vehicle. This unit is on the 9th floor. Elevators available.

This suite has a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, coffee mugs.

For sleeping accommodations there is a queen sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 and a King size bed that will sleep 2, small closet, TV, private lanai with outdoor seating for 2, indoor seating for 2, Wi-Fi, cable and ac.

The Bathroom has a tub with shower and 4 complete sets of bath towels ( Bath, hand and face towels). We also provide 4 beach towels for your convenience.

The lanai has a partial ocean view and 2 chairs

On-site paid laundry on 3rd floor, Free WiFi & Cable TV , Building supplied central AC, One free parking space included with the rental price. Sundeck with grilling area, pool, ATM.
Located in the Lobby is an IHOP Restaurant.

PARKING: Free parking for one vehicle.

Located right on Ala Moana Blvd, this property is in walking distance to the west end of Waikiki Beach. Ala Moana Shopping Center is also a short walk away and there are many restaurants nearby

This unit is a private unit in the hotel, it is not part of the hotel pool. and does not include daily cleanings or linen services.

We do not accept 2-night bookings unless they start or end next to another booking. Please contact us for more information regarding 2-night bookings.

Waikīkī stay near the marina

This property is a privately run unit within aqua pals resort. The resort is a little outdated but with the parking included in this place it was well worth the price. The location was a little bit more out of the action of Waikīkī than I usually stay but it worked out great for the whale watching tour we did at the marina and great calm beaches for our 2 year old daughter. The first night we did have an issue getting the sofa bed to pull out, I called the number listed and got ahold of someone quickly however, they weren’t able to assist us over the phone. It wasn’t a big deal since our daughter was able to sleep with us but I imagine if it was 4 adults it would be. They were very helpful and came the next day to set it up! Also, having the mini fridge was great. We bought a cooler and an umbrella and beach toys which we left behind for the next guests to use! Honestly, I would recommend this place for people or small families traveling on a budget as it has everything you need, includes parking and no resort fees!

PM saved the trip

First our pullout couch was broken so they moved us to a penthouse with an amazing view. I would've stayed but my uncle has a terrible fear of heights so we moved back to the original room that was on the 3rd floor. Lauren, our PM contact, did everything in her power to get me moved and accomodated. Unfortunately, the couch was never fixed and my cousin had to sleep on the floor. Lauren offered to send someone to look at it but it was already late at night. The TV was also not working properly. It would keep disconnecting from the internet and local TV so we couldn't use it at all. All in all, the experience wasn't the best but Lauren did what she could to fix our problems. I wasn't compensated for any of the issues because Lauren said she had already used what credits she may have been able to use for their cleaning fee on the penthouse because we couldn't stay there due to my uncles height problem.

Nice Stay Except for One Thing

If not for the already clogged toilet this stay would have been entirely drama-free. On our first night, the toilet started to back up, then it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. We were able to contain it and clean up the wet floor with existing towels and paper towels. We reported this to the property manager late at night when it happened to discuss our options. Since I was able to unclog the toilet with the provided plunger, we decided to have them come by the next morning to fully clean and disinfect the floor and replenish our towels and paper towels, which they did.

Noise above us was disturbing several nights. Calls to front desk resulted in increased noise.

Don't book there

We stayed here forn15 nights. We booked this stufio for 3 reasons : the parking, the kitchenette and the bbq. The parking was great. The kitchenette was awful! The only thing they provide was some coffee cups.. there was nothing to allow you to prepare food. About the bbq, it was broken for the whole stay so we weren't able to use it at all!! The floor of the studio was really dirty at our arrival! Our feet were black after walking a couple of minutes! Also, they provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 15 nights and when we asked for more.. they told us to go buy it by ourselves at the abc store!! The shampoo and soap were really cheap and also, not enough for the whole stay. You definitely can't stay 4 people in this studio.. it's way too small! Last thing , the whole floor was for people under quarantine with COVID!!! We were so stressed about that... every day, there was a whole team on the floor with masks and uniforms inspecting the sick clients We were really disappointed to be on the same floor as the quarantine clients!! We definitely wouldn't book here again!!
