Parking: To access a parking stall, proceed to the security guard in the building garage facility. Let them know which unit you are staying in and that the parking pass is waiting for you. The parking pass and keys for the unit will be visible on the counter in the unit. Place the parking pass on your rear-view mirror and be sure to let the security guard know that you have properly displayed the parking pass. If your unit has a lock box please replace the key you found to the lock box. You will be fined $100 for lost keys or parking pass. Please do not leave valuables in the car, we cannot be responsible for losses or break-ins

We didn’t see the host, however the cleaners hadn’t arrived the day we checked in. I was notified and allowed them to come in to clean. It smelled like oranges when we came back. That was a pleasant smell.

Love the location. Parking and walking distance to Waikiki beach and the surrounding area is a BIG plus. Unit is clean. Definitely rebook for return visit.

4 stayed. Ok, but best suit would be a couple. Parking pass a really nice touch. Shower needs upgrading to match rest of condo. Queen bed excellent. Came with great accessories for the beach. Pull out couch is adequate. Needs more blankets to use the option of extra floor mat. No dishwasher is fine, but it would be nice to have sink plugs for kitchen to do dishes properly. An easy fix.

The unit was very comfortable for the three of us sisters. We loved the fact that it was close to the elevators! Everything was clean and in good repair. The info book could use a little updating; remove all the references to keys and maybe a few more restaurant options, those with delivery (for those checking in late). And I would recommend leaving the fitted sheet off of the hide-a-bed; we were a little hesitant not knowing if it had been used previously, since it was already in place.

Great Location

This is a great location. Easy to get to the beach and lots of good food and coffee places. We had 2 teenage boys who used the hideabed. It wasn’t the most comfortable for them. They did leave a roll out mat that we put under the mattress which helped a little. Other than that we had a great stay. All the kitchen items you could need!

Overall not a bad choice. The location is outstanding if staying near Waikiki is the goal. The apartment is of decent size. Communication with the host was fast and fine. Negatives - dirty kitchenware (no dishwasher in the unit), not the cleanest place, pretty rundown building.

Nice place

The place was nice. Way smaller then I thought and there was some issues. The sliding glass door was broken and when I went to go open it for the first time the whole door almost landed on me which is super scary cause it’s rally heavy. We rented this place for our wedding week and it just wasn’t as nice as the pictures let on. My mother in law stayed with us on night and the pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The bathroom is VERY small like VERY small. But it was clean and it did what it needed to do. Just wish I would have booked a little bit better place for my wedding. The person who owns it was very responsive and had no issues there. Check in was easy they even had it ready for us early and it came with parking which is amazing because that’s very rare right now for Waikiki. For a regular vacation it is nice just definitely on the smaller side.

3 of us stayed, my wife and I in the bedroom and our adult son on the sleeper loveseat. Everything was great. 1.5 blocks from the beach and all the Waikiki stuff. Bok with confidence!

The property was clean and well equipped, however bathroom could do with a refurb safe and secure included parking on site. Adequate pool and BBQ area on lower level. Short distance from the beach and shops . Host very welcoming via e.mail it was a good base.

Condo great with nice view Mark the property manager terrible

Condo was as described with great view. Property manger was not honest / rude. I asked a few days before we arrived if there was anyway we could check in before 3 as our flight arrived before noon. Mark said check in is not until 3 and he would let me know if it was ready before that. I thanked him and got no response back. We arrived at the condo at 2 so I asked Mark if maybe the the room was ready or if we could get our parking pass. He said no check in is not until after 3. No problem just thought I would try. We order groceries and they were going to be delivered between 3 and 5. In case they were delivered early we decided to go up to our room and wait in the hallway at 2:30. At 3:05 still no word from Mark so we decided to try our door. No problem the room was clean and ready for us and had been since at least 2:30. We would have been happy to pay extra to get in the room a little early. Marks communication was very poor and he lied to us. Would not recommend Mark but would recommend the Condo. Other family members were staying here in another condo and got in there room before 1:30 and said there properly manager was awesome and happy to let them in early.
