Waikiki

Great property, super quick communication between host and myself. All around Great place. My only complaint was the chairs on the outdoor patios were cut, or ripped. But that was fixable just by purchasing a couple camping chairs and using those. Doesn't hurt my review any, still a pretty great property/host

the villa was nice great location except there was demolition happening behind us which started at 6am and went all day, it was very loud and we were not notified of this upon booking the rental had I knowen I would have gone somewhere else

Great place to stay

The condo was large, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. We were close to shopping, events, and great eateries. The cost of staying in a condo over a hotel afforded us far more space and more spending money. We will probably never book a hotel again for vacations!

Amazing location and condo in Waikiki

We visited in August and stayed for 7 nights with family. Condo had everything we needed to have a restful vacation. We walked every night to the international market and to the beach with cooler and chairs provided by the condo in tow. Grocery is literally down the block and overall such a great check in experience with island contact Marc and owner, Yuko. We just missed the beginning of Hurricane Lane and Yuko did not hesitate to check in our on family and provide safety instructions for us. I would highly recommend this condo and want to book another trip with them. Thank you!

Great Place and will stay again

My family and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and updated. It is perfectly positioned in town, so you are close enough to walk to everything but at night you don't get the noise of the traffic.The beds are super comfortable and the living are was nice. There would only be two suggestions I would have for this rental and that would be: 1) A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice addition 2) The AC unit int he 2nd bedroom did not get as cold as the others. I have to say that my wife was extremely happy with this place and said how well decorated it was and that it felt very "homey". I want to thank Yuko for her great communication and going out of her way to help me when VRBO lost all my information for a little but right before our trip. Yuko called me and we worked everything out, which gave me peace of mind. Marc, was right on time with the keys and clear instructions on parking and the unit. Checking out could not have been any easier, just taking care of a few items and then leave; it really was that easy. Yuko thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place and for being so great.

Super location!

Our family of 4 loved our 11 nights in this super apartment. So handy to supermarket (Food Pantry), malls/shops, restaurants and of course a short walk to the beach! Really well equipped kitchen and loved having the beach chairs & cooler box to use. It was great to have air-conditioning - they were noisy but only bothered one member of the family who used ear plugs (everyone else slept)! Also the noise from the city was loud at times but that's part of being in the heart of it! Really clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of drawers & a wardrobe in each bedroom. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a roof top pool and car park are hard to find in Waikiki and if we came again we would stay here again! Thank you!

Condo was clean. Property manager was great and very accommodating. Many thanks Marc! GREAT location. Lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. Much smaller than we expected. Very old building. TV took some getting used to. No batteries in remote. Give it a try.

Love the Location!!!

We recently completed a week long stay at this well located property. Traveling as two couples, we had everything that we needed at a reasonable price. This is not a luxury property but is very clean and well laid out in a small footprint. We did purchase a couple pillows for our stay but personal preference maybe. The security, parking and rooftop pool are all great amenities of this building. The lanai was a great place to kick back and enjoy the weather! There is a grocery store a short block away and an ABC store another block away so you can get most things that you need very quickly. You are within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and Waikiki beach. We phoned as we were leaving the airport and Marc quickly responded and met us at the building to give us the rundown and let us into the property. Marc was easy to work with and had great communication! If you want to be in the thick of Waikiki, I would highly recommend this property. If you need luxury beds, this is probably not your choice but otherwise, everything is nicely appointed. We are looking forward to staying again on our return trip to Waikiki.

Awesome location

Great location however a bit noisy. Rooftop pool and patio were awesome and grills the cleanest we had ever seen at previous rentals. Marc the property manager went above and beyond to address our concerns, provided a new set of pots and pans, pillows and an air conditioner for the spare bedroom. Couldn't ask for better service!

Centrally located close to main streets of Waikiki

This apartment had all the necessary amenities required including a sizeable kitchen and in-apartment washer/dryer. We experienced some shortfalls in communication between owner and on-island representative (who we were unable to contact on day of arrival) resulting in our inability to access the apartment for 4 hours after arrival. We had a temporary failure of the a/c in one of the bedrooms which was swiftly rectified by the owner, however the effectiveness of the a/c units in the bedrooms is limited. We had good access to cable television and internet during our stay until approximately 5 days to departure, at which time we lost cable tv. This was not restored prior to departure. The street noise heard from the apartment was evident, especially traffic and regular trucks and buses. Out of the apartments control but something to be aware of. Overall a good apartment for our needs, which allowed us to cook, utilise the hot tub (more than expected considering the weather), and provided us a home base from which to work from. Communications at times from the owner was very prompt and proactive.

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location. The food pantry at the end of the block made buying food to cook with a breeze and the prices were reasonable. The place was clean, quite and roomy. Having a washer dryer in the unit was a bonus!!

Great city location

After searching for the perfect spot we landed at Fairway Villa; we had 4 individual adults so the 2 twins, queen bed and sofa all worked great for sleeping. If you are into city noise you will love this place. The constant beeping and banging from the trucks at the neighborhood store at all hours at times is charming; otherwise it was annoying at 3:00 AM. The condo itself was is what we needed; clean, comfortable and close to the shopping. Only 1 negative: the refridgerator smelled really bad of fish; even though they came out and replaced the odor boxes the smelled made the fridge none functional. Speaking of the fridge- the freezer could use new ice trays that don't break when you try to take the ice out. I sound like i am complaining but really enjoyed the condo and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you.
