We stayed at this studio for 4 days There was no toilet paper no napkins dust mites everywhere a pice of a nail with what it seemed a pice of tooth on the nightstand I saw this and Imediately started cleaning (yuk) under bed full of boxes with dust that never been cleaned and lastly a water leak that seemed to come from the towel holder floor was always wet it was horrible I asked the owner for toilet paper and he said he’ll figured this out ( he did not) If you don’t mind cleaning the place yourself bring your own toilet paper and clean the place yourself go ahead and rent this place my self regretting have to rent this Lastly No Parking so the studio said with Parking lies owner asked me to pay $280 for a full month because it was cheaper than daily parking fee on garage close by if you don’t mind Walking every night to park your car after a tired day.also the door from the studio said the place was abandoned with a sticker from May Horrible,filty and the smell regretting this experience

Wonderful stay in paradise!

We had a great stay at this studio, it had everything we needed, and it’s location Is very convenient, with all services, restaurant and beach nearby. The studio and hotel are very clean. The host was very responsive to our questions and provided great tips!we will come back again!

Great location and easy access to everything and everywhere

Host is easy to communicate and allowed early access to checkin. Free valet parking is big plus because it’s hard to find parking

Excellent location, walk to beach, bus stop very close for easy touring access without paying high fee to park in area. The beds were so comfortable! The coffee each morning in the unit provided was REALLY good. Loved the happy blue light, brought a smile to us. Shower/water pressure and roomy comfortable. Deck is tight, but put beach chairs in different space during stay and that gave us the room we needed to enjoy the deck. WE would DEFINITELY stay here again. Exceeded my expectatons. The host was quick to provide access/exit, and very happy with everything.Thank you for letting us vacation in your condo.

I typically only do a review if the property was better than expected - or worse than expected. In this case - it was worse than expected. I arrived at the property and inquired about the parking. The property listing indicated that there was parking - however, the parking is not included in the price. I paid for off-site parking nearby, and returned to check in to the property - the Luana Hotel. Checkin was seamless and easy. Upon entering the room - I was hit with a very strong odor of mildew. I contacted the property owner, and he told me all rooms in Hawaii smell like that - but living in Hawaii for many years in many hotels - I knew this was wrong. The owner sent someone to have a smell - and he arrived and did nothing. He person whom the owner sent - agreed that the smell was bad. Since the owner has no other property - it was apparent that a refund was not an option. I bought a candle and some odor destroyer - which didn't really help. I checked out and will never go back. I now have a persistent cough that I can only assume was a result of being stuck breathing moldy/mildew room air. After I checked out - i get an email from the owner requesting a "5 Star Review". I do not recommend this room !
