Overall the Hotel was great and accurate in description Check in/out - very quick and easy Parking - on site and secure, can come and go as you please, but a tight fit in some areas Hotel room - clean, lots of power outlets, great to have streaming services on the tv, nice to have beach towels/chairs/toys Convenience - beach is just a 5 minute walk away, nearby ABC store for any extra supplies needed, restaurant and bar/club on site, great views of the beach, mountains, and zoo Staff - friendly and helpful, host answered any questions we had

Great location, loud music a few nights

Pros: Location is great! Across from the zoo, 1 block from Queen's Beach where I played a little sand volleyball. Several restaurants, stores, and bus stops in walking distance. Balcony where you can see the beach and palm trees. Several items to use: Beach chairs & mats, books, fridge, microwave, stovetop (no oven, which was fine). Cons: Music two floors down during 4 of the nights which can be heard: Saturday, Sunday and 2 other nights. Can hear some of the vehicles going by as well. I brought Mack's brand ear plugs with max noise reduction rating which helped. Bed comfort level is 3 out of 5. I didn't have back pain though my spouse had back pain. Overall a pretty good experience. If the room was two floors higher (further from the music) with a better bed, I would consider lodging there again.

Great Hidden Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Grand! It’s a smaller space but we didn’t find that a deterrent at all. Clean, great location, great communication with the host. There is some noise present as other reviewers have mentioned but we didn’t feel it impacted us at all, even on the weekends. It’s a location pretty much in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki so of course there’s noise associated with that. We would stay again for sure.

Close to everything

Loved and hated the location. The view from the lanai is beautiful…Waikiki beach, Diamondhead, zoo and park greenery. The queen-sized bed was comfy and one bed lamp has convenient USB charging ports. The Hula Club is located two floors below this unit. Our time there included a Friday night which was extremely noisy until 2am due to the incessant bass from the DJ at Hula. I see others mention that Saturday is also very noisy until 2am. Other nights were tolerable for us. Yes the A/C unit is loud but it actually provides the masking noise to help ignore the noises from the club. If you’re partying until 2am, this is the place for you. If not, rent elsewhere. I suggest that the owner invests in a new lanai sliding door with proper seals to keep noises out. Overall, if you’re staying on a week night, this is a good deal.

I complained about the noise from a few floor down bar to property manager but he could not help at all. It was noisy till 2am for all nights of our stay. Never use this service again

Perfect location and a beautiful views!

We enjoyed staying at Mark's condo. They views of Diamond Head, the zoo and the beach from the Lanai was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location

We came to Honolulu for a concert at the Waikiki Shell and a couple of days to relax on the island. This condo was easy walking distance to the concert venue, the beach, and many restaurants, shops and bus stops. It is a very small condo and quite outdated looking but it is functional and had what we needed. Guests should be made aware that this condo is only 2 floors above a VERY loud nightclub making sleep difficult. The other issue we had was that the bed/mattress was extremely uncomfortable and was not what was shown in the listing photos. However, the communication with the hosts was great and they did go out of their way to replace the bed frame on our second day - which was very appreciated and did help. I do hope they also get a new mattress. Overall, a good place that could be great with a few adjustments. Thanks!

Great space!

Aloha ... I had a wonderful stay! I was happy to have beautiful views of both Waikiki beach and Diamond Head, right across from the Honolulu Zoo. Coffee in the morning on the veranda was delightful! [A bit noisy at night since there's a bar 2 floors down, but that was manageable for me .. after all, you are in the city!] Well equipped with coffee pot, hot pot, toaster, dishes & glasses, etc. The host was very responsive to any question I had, very straight forward and easy! The place was clean and comfortable ... even had beach chairs and a boogie board to use 😉 Quick walk to the beach and into downtown Honolulu. I'd highly recommend this space ... I had a wonderful stay! Mahalo :)

Perfect little getaway!

This location is excellent..You are located at the end of the Waikiki strip…Very convenient as you are just 2 minutes from beautiful beaches,restaurants and anything else you may want to engage..The lodging is comfortable and clean..The cleanliness of the Facility is rather good..If you are looking to rejuvenate body,mind and spirit look no further..Enjoy your stay and leave your troubles home..Enjoy everything Hawaii has to offer

Awesome view and great location!

This is a perfect basecamp for exploring the island. And what a great panoramic view of Diamond Head, the park, and the ocean from the balcony........very relaxing after a day of exploring. And the view is even better than the picture. The owner was very responsive and the people at the front desk were very helpful as well with everything......specifically Roxie & Jonathon (and one more I am so sorry I have forgotten her name). Had a great time!

Excellent Waikiki beach location

I loved that this clean, tidy condo lay at the edge of Waikiki beach and the city. The balcony view for eating breakfasts or other meals offered a refreshing view of Diamond Head, fresh greenery and a bit of the ocean. There is a restaurant/bar a couple floors below, but the noise didn't keep us from sleeping at night with the a/c running. The little kitchen offered us the chance to choose whether or not we wanted to eat out. There are nice nearby restaurants with ocean views that are just a breezy walk away. Super convenient location that worked well for us.

Great stay

We enjoyed an awesome week in Waikiki. Location is fantastic. Amenities are all you need. Comfy bed. Noisy air conditioner and especially on weekends the bar in the hotel was loud.
