This is a charming studio apartment with a full kitchen that has been decorated with lots of warm aloha hospitality and furnished to meet our guests' needs while on holiday. In addition to having all the dishware, cookware, and serving ware, as well as the linens and towels, we also provide WiFi Internet, Cable TV, beach chairs, pool/beach towels, etc. (We have three other units in this building so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a group. Ask about a possible discount when renting multiple units.)

We are just half a block from the beach, in one of Waikiki's best locations. The building has a pool and a furnished rooftop deck with breathtaking views of the pristine turquoise ocean and golden sands of Waikiki Beach, an unobstructed panorama of Diamond Head, and a bird’s eye over Kapiolani Park, the beautiful 300-acre sprawl of lush greenery that’s home to the Zoo, the Shell, the Aquarium and many more recreational activities and island festivities. On the rooftop deck, you can relax in serenity above the bustling city, watch the sunrise AND sunset, and dine under the stars listening to the soft sounds of nocturnal zoo animals or possibly a world-class musical performance from the Shell.

Great location!! Apartment had everything for cooking and ice. We had a Tsunami warning on 07/29. It’s great the apartment is on the 5th floor since it was above the recommended evacuation level. Luckily, nothing happened. If we needed any extra toilet paper or coffee, the front desk people were great and gave us extra supplies . The balcony on the 10th floor had a great view.

Not What We Expected

This property was not as it was described in VRBO. Thr description mentioned NOTHING about it being in a hotel. The couch was terrible and the bed was less than good. On the surface it looked clean, but the bathroom floor and baseboards were dirty. The positive thing about the apt. was that it was close to where we met for our excursions. Shopping was close as well as were restaurants. The best thing was the secure parking, but it was 35 per day extra. For the price we paid, I expected a better apartment. were dirty.The onldirtythe surface it looked clean

Great location

Older amenities but adequate. The bathtub had drainage issues. Photos on VRBO site slightly misleading as the pictures tended to make the room look bigger. The bed was narrow for 2 full size adults but very comfortable.

Great location

The location is great and the staff provided good service. The condo needs upgraded. The bathroom needs to be cleaned up and the coach needs to be replaces as it was uncomfortable and not clean. I would stay here again if these minir fixes were made.

Disappointing Stay: Room Hygiene Issues and Subpar Cleanliness - Fell Short of Expectations

My recent stay at this hotel was a disappointment due to the lack of cleanliness in our room. Upon arrival, we discovered soiled sheets, a soiled mattress cover, and stained pillowcases on the bed. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, and the couch in the room had crusty stains. We were so uncomfortable with the state of the couch that we ended up covering it with the provided beach towels and also placed them between us and the mattress the first night just so we could sleep. Given the situation, we felt compelled to purchase clean sheets from a local Ross Store. Thankfully, management responded within 24 hours and arranged for housekeeping to replace the bed linens. However, the cleaning of the toilet was mediocre at best, and it was clear that housekeeping was embarrassed and very apologetic about the condition of the room. While management did offer to refund our money, we were unable to find suitable accommodations elsewhere, so we decided to stay and make the best of the situation. Despite the prompt response from management, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Great location but not as advertised

The condo was in a great location and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The unit was rather dirty, with hair in the bathtub and the floors were dirty (found a old piece of fruit in the corner of the kitchen). Couldn't get hot water for one full night. It also needs some updating and a coat of paint. Overall, it worked for my needs (dropping a kid off to school at UH), but if I were here for vacation, I would have been disappointed. The photos looked much better than the actual unit in real life.

Awesome location

Great location, at the end of the strip. Club attached to building but no noise in room. The place is suitable for two adults. Would not recommend sleeping on the couch :) it’s small and does not pull out.

Great spot

Location is great and was perfect for one person. Easy location for beach access, Starbucks and ABC store right there, and with unit being on the west side is fairly quiet. Even with a lot going on, I was able to get easy parking nearby. I really enjoyed my stay.

The condo was in an excellent location! Directly across from the zoo, and a block off the beach, stores, and restaurant's. The room was nice. Full kitchen which came in handy so we could make breakfast/lunch since we were there for a week. A few minor issues but the host is taking care of them. Thank you!

Great Location, Quiet Building, Room Needs a Facelift

Everything was clean except for some of the dishes. The location is great, because it is close to everything. The bed was comfortable, and my husband and I were able to sleep well. There was great communication with the host, and questions were answered in a timely manner. The unit is a studio, and it was bigger than what I thought it would be. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but we both agree the unit needs a facelift. Our visit was 10 days, so we did need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room was clean, and the price for washing and drying a load was reasonable. The best aspect of this building is the views from the sundeck on the 10th floor. They are gorgeous! As a side note, we rented a car for our 10 day stay, so we also paid extra for a parking space under the hotel. It was an easy process, and my husband and I felt the car was safe the whole time we were there.

Perfect little hideaway close to Waikiki Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this little Gem tucked in close to the beach and right across from the zoo in Waikiki. The location was perfect and made getting out and about super easy. The room was exactly like the pictures, neatly appointed with everything we needed and super clean. Check in was very easy and quick and the front staff were very friendly and helped with rthe commendations and advice. Overall a great stay and we would recommend to anyone. Mahalo.
