    IN THE UNIT:
    This studio apartment boasts a queen-sized beds x 2 adorned with crisp cotton linens, perfect for sweet dreams under the Hawaiian moon. Work or play with our convenient desk area featuring a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Stay cool with our split AC, and stay connected with blazing fast WiFi (300MB/s upload & 500MB/s download)!

    KITCHEN AREA:
    Our kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, and all the essentials for whipping up a tropical breakfast or a delightful dinner. Cook up a storm or simply heat up leftovers from your foodie adventures!

    BATHROOM:
    The bathroom is a serene oasis with a walk-in shower, vanity mirror, and all the toiletries you`ll need to stay fresh. Hair dryer included for those beachy waves!

    BEACH ESSENTIALS:
    Get ready to soak up the sun with our beach essentials: an umbrella, chairs, and towels for the perfect day by the shore.

    PATIO:
    Step outside to your private patio with stunning views of the Ala Wai Canal and the vibrant cityscape. Unwind with the provided outdoor seating and dining set.

    PARKING DETAILS:
    While we don`t offer complimentary parking, you can find a spot at the nearby Island Colony for $47/day (rates subject to change). Just pay the friendly attendant (ProPark) and you`re all set!

    Temporary Pool & Jacuzzi Closure

    As part of the building’s annual maintenance, cleaning, & repairs on the 6th floor recreation deck, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and pool deck areas will be temporarily closed.

    Closure: Nov 9 @ 9:00 PM – Nov 17 @ 7:00 AM (weather permitting)

    Notes:

    • Access gates will be locked, and amenities will not be available.

    • Additional lounge chairs will be moved to open areas of the recreation deck for use during normal hours.

    -Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure-

    As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

    To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.

    Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.

    *Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property.     ***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.

    The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
