The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This corner condo on the 15th floor has an amazing view of the Diamond Head Crater and comes with a fully equipped kitchen! The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. Please enjoy the light and airy living room and gorgeous view through the floor-to-ceiling windows as you soak in the island sunsets. Complete with a flat screen tv and brand new sectional couch, perfect for a relaxed night after a long day out at the beach!

This unit has a wonderful bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a great view of the crater from the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. If you are needing a little extra sleeping space, the sectional couch can be pushed together to make a bed! There is a beautiful bathroom right off the bedroom includes all you need and a detachable shower head. This bathroom is perfect to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach that is only a few short blocks away!

High quality inflatable beds are available upon request in advance of your stay. Please contact us directly prior to arrival.

This unit comes with FREE parking for one vehicle (saving up to $30 per day), FREE Wi-Fi internet, and TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!

They told us 6 days before we were to arrive that they were shutting the pool. We could either cancel or get a discount which turned out to be a joke. The unit didn’t have toilet paper and the service number didn’t respond The carpet was really dirty. Definitely not renovated in a long long time

Beware nothing like Pictures

DON’T rent this condo or from Koko Redorts-Glass sliding door won't lock -rust on over 1/2 side of fridge -front door key pad is broke (had to try lockbox) -front door safety metal latch is broke there is no metal bracket. -instructions were not correct-clock isn't working -carpet is either filthy or badly stained. -big water stain on ceiling in the bathroom-koko rep Robert when he called back wasn't very nice. -Horrible customer service. I had to call Vrbo and complain because after calling and emailing them they ghosted me and wouldn’t help me at all. VRBO emailed Koko resorts still no response. After 24hrs VRBO called back and had to escalate complaint and refunded me 192 out of the 1828 I paid. Stay clear of this Condo I have 16 pictures of how horrible it was.

The beds need to be updated, the mattress protector was torn, we bought a new one, cramped quarters for 4, laundry room has only a washer and a dryer, needs more towels to accommodate 4 folks, kitchen is tight but is full. Needs more cooking pots and steak knives. Needs dust pan.

Great accommodations for the price. Not sure why there were bad reviews, maybe they were expecting luxury accommodations on a budget? I went in with low expectations due to the mixed reviews but found nothing to complain about. Clean, fully equipped. Great views with balcony, great location by Waikiki, free parking. Koko Resorts was extremely responsive to any requests we had. There were 3-4 new airbeds in the closet. Clean sheets and towels, hot water in the shower, what more do you need. Absolutely recommend.

Dirty and it smells.

There is a mold in the washroom. Its not healthy at all. Our first day was spent cleaning the unit. My children stated that it is a disaster vacation specifically because of the dirty unit. Under the stove and the fridge its really dirty we have to vacuum and sweep it. So many accumulated dust and hairs.. yucky! its hard to eat seeing the stained dirt and smelling dirt in the unit for the first 5 days. Furniture are worn out and dirty-definitely need changing. The carpeted floor is dirty and no amount of cleaning can change that. Just get rid of that carpet. Coming back this August but we decided to stay in another place.

It was safe and away from the chaos of Waikiki

We thoroughly enjoyed Oahu and this condo that was very comfortable for all of us. It was quiet when we wanted it and we could walk to Waikiki for whatever we needed. There is a pool when the beach is less visible and we just didn’t want to clean up sand again.

Curtains have holes in them. Curtain in the living room no good and saw stains on the bed and only one light in the room i went go the room to get the parking pass the inspection person was there but did a bad job!!! The A/C water drains onto the balcony floor when u go out side ur feet or socks or whatever ur wearing gets wet

Renovations are needed reviews are accurate

The whole property needs a serious renovation compared to other condos and hotels in Waikiki this one is extremely outdated. Bathroom smells like mold, the tub does not drain while showering so you’re standing in water (gross) a kitchen drawer was off track and the AC unit is LEAKING on the lanai which will cause seriously injury we had to cover with towels several times. I complained to the property manager but still have not received a response. However, they were quick to respond and charge my card $400 after making an inquiring about the price for 2 extra nights. I did not authorize so I made them reimburse me for it. For the price it costs to stay here I recommend doing more research, the only positive is the location and close proximity to the beach.

Great location great price but had some issues

While the condo was so close to the heart of Waikiki with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. We had some issues starting from our arrival. 6 of us have been booked to stay in this Condo for several months. Chris reached out in advance to confirm if we’d all be comfortable in 1 condo as it may be tight. They offered an air bed as an alternative to the sofa bed for more comfort and told us our code for our late arrival to enter the unit. Upon entering the unit late at night, there was no air bed or sheets on the sofa bed and not enough blankets which made it difficult for us to be comfortable for our first night sleeping until the office was open the next day. Under the beds we found a mask and underwear from previous occupants-big no especially during COVID19. When I called the office I spoke to Jill the manager who initially quoted the terms and conditions of our rental but then we explained the situation and she had asked us to come down and discuss further to see how she can help. She helped us get sheets and assured us an air bed would be delivered to the door, which it was. When we went to blow up the air bed, the air bed had a small leak and wasn’t usable, the office was closed so we had to call after hours and they had us go to a storage locker and grab another air bed. Overall it was an inconvenience even though we were very appreciative of Jill offering us wine and delicious chocolates for the inconvenience. It was a place to sleep but overall we would not book with Koko resorts or this condo again. Definitely outdated feel overall, beds were decent though and sheets were clean.
