You can walk to the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, the stunning beach park, and the lagoon. Many restaurants are nearby, and an ABC store is located across the street. Besides the panoramic ocean view, you will also enjoy the sunset view while enjoying the company of your family in this cozy unit.

Important pls note:
There is some building work in progress. Intermittent noise is expected in the morning and usually ends around 4pm and no work on the weekend. The lanai access of this unit will be possible since the work has been done for this unit.

***Appliances: We strive to ensure that all appliances are in working order during your stay. In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution due to the availability of parts and technicians. Therefore, issues with appliances cannot be used as grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shut-offs for maintenance purposes. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.

1. Toilet leak issue has been repaired and addressed
2. The toaster that is not working has been replaced with a new air fryer! So now you can use it for toast and other cooking pleasures!

There might be time when the condo may need to do routine pest control or AC service. You will see the notice posted on the elevator. Please accommodate these services only if your reservation dates happen to be on one of these dates. They shouldn't take too long.

Parking Garage: Important for those who plan to rent a car and park there. (pls note the parking garage is not operated by us so if there is any issue with the ticket or garage-related problems please contact the number on the ticket. Thank you)

Upon entering the first entrance, please take a ticket. After parking, you can go to the Kiosk to purchase the multiday pass by following the on-screen directions.

Once you linked your multiday pass with your 1st entrance ticket, you can get out of that garage using that multiday pass bar code. Note: pls remember not to use the 1st entrance ticket to get out of the garage without scanning your multipass pass or else your multiday pass ticket may not work normally upon your return to the garage. (this is to link your multi-day pass with your original ticket)

When you return to the garage after you go out, please use that multiday pass to get into the garage again, and don't pull a new ticket.

Do not bring sand into the unit, pls vacuum the sand if you have them in the unit somehow.
Throw away food trash before vacating the unit, including any left over opened food, and other left over. Trash chute is at the end of the hall way
should there be any damage in the unit, more than $300, the tenant agrees to pay first then after when we claim from the insurance we will refund back

Ideal Location/View

My sister and I stayed in this lovely condonear the Ala Wai Boat Harbor. We arrived on Friday evening to spacious, well appointed, and fully renovated unit that had front row seats for the Friday night fireworks. During our 4-night stay, we found the owner had provided most of the amenities two people or a small family would need for an extended stay. The only things missing were access to a pool and an in-unit washer/dryer, but beautiful beaches are nearby and a public paid laundry is just two floors down. The views are spectacular, the host is friendly and helpful, and the beds are very super comfortable. We felt fortunate to find a VRBO condo unit in this complex with two queen sized beds. Location is ideal: close to Waikīkī, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and Ala Moana Beach Park.Everything was clearly explained in the unit listing, and paid parking was available in an attached garage.Looking forward to booking again.

Waikiki Harbor View Condo

This was a true gem of a property. Rex responds quickly to any questions and is a gracious host. Close walking distance to get in some steps to Waikiki Beach area or Ala Moana Shopping Center. Harbor views are spectacular. Our son & DIL were staying at the Prince Waikiki hotel next door. It was very convenient at a better price than a hotelI just wish there were more bath towels available, that truly would be my only complaint! Parking garage is a bit pricy but that’s not the fault of the owner and might just be by my Nebraska standards🤣

Lovely place in a great location

The extra special sunset views is the obvious draw about this condo. But then there are some other components that make it a comfortable place to stay. For example there is wide counter spaces in both the bathroom and the kitchen. There are two beds and both were comfortable. The location is very central and close to many things. The beach is walking distance. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Overall, if people don’t want to deal with a hotel, this condo is perfect.

Great location and view

The apartment has great potential but could use some TLC. The toaster didn't really work, the spring on the dishwasher door was broken, the toilet leaked. The view of the ocean beyond the marina was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. A small bistro table and two chairs on the balcony would be nice. With a few dollars and a little updating, this unit could be exceptional.

Praktische Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf die Marina

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt am Sandstrand, aber der Weg ist nicht weit. Es hat alles geklappt, einfacher Check-In, saubere Wohnung, Parken im Parkhaus hinter dem Haus mit direktem Zugang. Und eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. So macht der Urlaub Spaß.

Great stay for the family

Check-in was flexible and easy but extra attention must be paid to the parking garage instructions Location is excellent for toddlers and baby, right next to Duke’s Lagoon and walking distance to everything along Waikiki Plenty of space in the apartment for children and setting up cribs, and the kitchen is excellent for the family too.

Great great location!!!

This was a great location.. great view of the bay! Very clean and owners checked in with us to make sure we were good! I would definitely stay here again. If you rent a car get a parking pass for the duration of the stay it’s an easy in and out!
