The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 1.5-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

Great location!

Me and the family stayed there for about eight days. It is a very short walk to Kuhio and Waikiki Beach. The property was clean, came with parking, which is invaluable in town, had great views and was just overall great. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Views

I was very pleased with everything about this property!! My daughter lives on island so I have stayed in various places over the years. Navigating parking was a breeze and the check in process was the easiest I have encountered. The property was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen is well supplied. It’s walkable to many restaurants but not quite as hectic as other parts of Waikiki. I will definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Vrbo, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the space felt so homey and inviting — it was like stepping at home. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful touches around the home, made it clear that a lot of care had gone into creating a welcoming atmosphere.The host was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were even little extras like local coffee and cozy blankets that made it feel extra special. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Waking up to a sunrise and Diamond Head

We were very happy with this condo. My wife said "finally, a bathroom with enough towel bars!" The view of Diamond Head was fantastic. The walk to the beach wasn't too far, and we walked to most of the places where we ate. And having a parking pass for the garage included was a huge plus. My only qualm was the air conditioner was loud, and if it wasn't running constantly, it would come on for only 30 seconds and turn off, then repeat. It really should be replaced with a modern unit. I'd still recommend this condo.

Place was great, super clean, close to beach and great views! Only reason I'm dinging this place is due to the smoke alarm beeping constantly, making it annoying to try and go to sleep. I give this a 4.5 for that reason. But definitely recommend this place.

Unbeatable location, fantastic unit

This is an updated unit in the Banyans. It is well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from the Lanai is outstanding, full Diamond Head crater, cityscape and ocean view all in one. The parking is a huge bonus! The property manager was easy to reach and very accommodating. The bed is comfortable. If I had any advice for the property management, there is an outlet behind the couch not working and someone has broken the ground to the lamp off in another outlet. We would 1000% stay in this unit again!

I really enjoy our stay. My only complaint is the bathroom needed to be deep cleaned much better than it was. Pool and hot tubs were nice but close at 9pm which seemed a little early. It was within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

We had a great stay here. Easy check in and walking distance to the beach and dinner. Only downside was the elevators. They need more elevators for this place! We frequently had to wait in line to get on, on the way up or wait a few times to go down. Overall a great place to stay!

Centrally located wonderful stay

This stay was great! The unit was remodeled relatively recently and was very clean. The location is ~2 blocks from Waikiki beach and 3 blocks from many of the malls in Waikiki. We found the bed and pillows comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools you’d need to cook for yourself. We were glad they also provided beach towels and chairs for our use. Another major bonus was the included parking, which can cost 55$/night elsewhere! Byron was the property manager and he was easy to reach by text or call if we had any questions.

Comfortable place

This condo was a good size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). The kids slept well in the pull out bed. The kitchen had all utensils needed, you just bring the food. There was enough room for us. There are not a lot of drawers to store your clothes but there are hangers in the closet. We didn't need the drawers, we kept our things in our luggage. Waikiki beach and the strip is a few mins walking distance. We always found parking in the parking lot.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was recently renovated, so new finishes throughout. It was clean, and Byron was very responsive and helpful. The location is wonderful - very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants.

Great location — short walk to Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants — lots to do and see. Parking garage for our rental car was handy — drove to North Shore a couple of times, absolutely beautiful. Nice view of Diamondhead and ocean from condo — enjoyed sitting on lanai w tea every morning watching the neighborhood wake up — with waves and boats in the distance.

We liked the location and the size of the space. We were able to have meals together and also loved the grills! The pool area, sauna and outdoor space was nice. The pool was closed during the day a few times we wanted to use it but overall we enjoyed the amenities.
