For the safety and enjoyment of the Property by you, your family or other guests, please keep in mind:

DO NOT DISTURB: We respect the privacy, health and wellbeing of our owners and guests. For that reason, if your suite/room has a “do not disturb” sign hung for more than forty eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to enter the suite/room to ensure proper health and safety standards are being maintained.

USE RESTRICTIONS AND RULES & REGULATIONS:
This property is not a hotel. It is a timeshare and/or condominium property. It is governed by certain documents which are recorded in the public records, and are binding on all owners and occupants (including recorded use restrictions and rules & regulations). SERVICE ANIMALS: As required under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are welcome.

LIFEGUARDS: There are no lifeguards on duty.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN ON PROPERTY: Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and during all activities. HGV Team Members are not responsible for supervising children.

For properties with an Activity Center: Unaccompanied children will not be prevented from leaving an Activity Center nor is it the responsibility of Hilton Grand Vacations to supervise unaccompanied children inside an Activity Center.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping (of cigarettes, marijuana and other substances) is not permitted.

COMMERCIAL USE: This property may only be used by owners and guests for personal/recreational use. Use for commercial purposes (e.x. a rental enterprise) is strictly prohibited.
