This newly renovated 8th-floor studio at the Pacific Monarch is the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Situated in the heart of historic Waikiki, it's been carefully updated to offer a peaceful, inviting space that lets you relax in comfort while enjoying all the excitement Waikiki has to offer. With its modern touches and prime location, you'll feel right at home while exploring this iconic destination.

Believe us when we say, this is the vacation spot you've been dreaming of! You're just a quick 3-minute walk from the world-famous beaches with warm sand and crystal-clear water. You can soak up the sun, take a dip, go snorkeling, catch some waves, and just relax in one of the best places on Earth.

Inside, we've got you covered with a handy split air-conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfy. The open layout includes a kitchenette with all the essentials: a full-size refrigerator, a double burner hot plate, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. And speaking of A/C, we've upgraded to a super-quiet Split A/C unit for your ultimate comfort – no noisy window units here! The room has a Vant Elevated Platform Bed - California King Size with Beautyrest Pressure smart™ 2.0 Plush 11.75" Mattress, one new regular sofa, and a cool 75" Samsung smart TV. You've also got free high-speed wireless internet, a dining table for 2, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.

Your sleep is important to us, so we've got a brand new king-size mattress called "Beautyrest Silver Open Seas King Mattress." It's just the right balance of soft and firm, with technology to keep you cool and comfy all night long. AirCool Gel memory foam features an open-cell structure that helps dissipate heat and keeps you at your ideal sleeping temperature. This unique design conforms to your body while providing pressure point relief and freedom of movement.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.

If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $35 per day (subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.

And here's the icing on the cake: don't forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. I appreciated my stay - the internet was great, the AC unit was quiet as was the area surprisingly for being downtown Waikīkī, the space was a perfect amount for me, and the blinds on the windows were awesome! They work better than the ones I have at home!The fridge was smaller but perfect for a couple meals and drinks.The Pacific Monarch does have washers/dryers available on site but I did have to exchange cash for quarters to be able to use those facilities - luckily the front desk was more than happy to help!The little touches like beach chairs, a cooler, a dirty laundry bag, and some complimentary welcome snacks were very nice as well.

Good location

Good location. Walking distance to everything. They were working on painting, carpets etc…. While we stayed which was a bit of an inconvenience. No where to hang wet beach towels and half the closet was taken up by a dresser. Hot tub looking a little rough and needs some work.There were no pots on arrival for cooking but were promptly dropped off. Unfortunately you don’t get the same treatment as a guest of the hotel because you booked your stay privately.

I loved it!!

The location was a perfect walk to the beach and shopping area. The roof top pool gave me an amazing view of the sunrise, Im a registered nurse working through the pandemic and this was an amazing trip and much needed rest and relaxation, thank you.

Cozy place, great location

The location is amazing. There's plenty of stuff within walking distance, and most things are not much more than a short drive away. The place was pretty much as described, though the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. It's not the most modern place, but it fit the bill since we didn't spend much time indoors.

Great location!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. Perfect for two people! We stayed for 10 days and loved how close we were to everything in the Waikiki area. We were able to walk to international market place and surrounding area to eat. The beach is two blocks away with plenty of surf rentals and ABC stores on the way to grab anything we may need! We would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for my month of working remotely. The listing describes the place perfectly. All new decor, very clean and just as cute in person. The building staff & security were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - 2 blocks to the beach. The rooftop pool has gorgeous 360 views of Waikiki, Diamond Head and rest of Honolulu. Great restaurants within walking distance, including a great grab and go poke spot in the building and another across the street. I will definitely stay here during my next trip back to Waikiki :)

We loved it here - the place was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The location was perfect, steps away from Waikiki beach and from the bus line. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
