Pretty good overall

The stay was mostly fine. The listing was true to its description. It was a great location. However, we did end up seeing a roach there, so cleanliness could have been improved. Also one thing I want to point out is that parking there is pretty cramped and if you do back in to a spot, be cautious of any ledges above. I ended up shattering my rental car’s rear window

Great location and free parking

ワイキキビーチまで徒歩圏内。ヒルトン側とダイヤモンドヘッド側で分けていうと、ヒルトン側に位置。ロケーションの良さと屋内の無料駐車場は本当に良かった! 室内には余裕のあるタオル枚数、洗濯機、乾燥機にも感謝。5Fには短めですが十分なプールと、ジャグジー。浴槽に入れないという旅でも、ジャグジーでゆっくりできることは嬉しいことです。 まとめてゴミを捨てるルームの向かいの部屋だったので、小さめのゴキブリが2匹くらいでましたが、クレームとまでは至りません。ハワイも東京もそんなものでしょうと思い、落ち着いて対処しました。 PMもとても親切です!また利用したいと思います!

Nice view and free parking included

Location was great!!!! Within walking distance to most of activities. Would definitely stay again but would recommend additional hooks for hanging clothing in bathroom. Limited space for clothing/belongings. Never could figure out how to work television with its components so just used our personal devices . Car space is difficult to get in even with an economy car.

Great apartment, great location

Really clean and spacious apartment. We loved the balcony with the partial view of the ocean. Very close to many great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub one evening before going out for dinner.Check in and check out were very easy

Waikīkī Condo Stay

Great location for walking around Waikīkī, easy to FWY for coming and going. Included parking was a huge bonus. Check in and out was super easy. Would definitely use this property again.

Stay at 4 paddles

The property was very clean and was as advertised. Nice location because it was close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Its lists a washer and dryer. We used the washer but the dryer had directions on how to use it that had where you had to add water to the i believe dryer vent area and we weren't sure about that so we just dried our clothes in the bathroom but other people may be use to this type of dryer. Other than that this place was great and we would definitely stay again. Make sure if you have a car its a small compact car. We rented a Kia Soul and the passenger side is up against the wall so you have to get out of passenger side before you park. Luckily no one parked in parking spot in front of us because there was always a truck next to that spot and we wouldn't of been able to park if someone was in spot infront of us. This place is definitely worth the price we paid for location and cleanliness hopefully we can return again next year!

Fantastic location - 5 mins walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping - the temp never dropped to less than 83 degrees. Quiet building - helpful concierge to assist on where to go and what to avoid. Overall - Awesome.

Convenient location

The person assigned to assist us during our stay (Vincent) had excellent customer service. He gave us easy instructions to check in and even checked in on us to ase how our stay was so far. I must advise; there was a neighbor below us that wrote us a note that we were making too much noise, "we should take our shoes off"(we weren't even wearing shoes) and that he would also call security. The noise he heard was us tugging on the pull out sofa to come out. Apparently, the downstairs neighbor is known to do this, so, don't fret if it happens to you. The coffee maker definitely needs to be replaced. I did not use it. It did not look clean. We had a parking space which was convenient as you'll see parking is not easy on these busy streets. It was great to have AC in the unit. The bidet was awesome! The pool was not in service, but that was ok. The security on the Ground floor were all friendly. Overall, the convenience of having a market across the street (great food and last minute gifts!), a washer and dryer in the unit, and the location of the condo was excellent! I would definitely look at renting this place again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this place!

Great location

The place is nice. It has everything you needed. It even included beach chair and beach umbrella. If I want to be picky the only thing I would recommend is for them to install a stand-up mirror. And one other thing we did have to kill 8 to 10 cockroaches. (Baby ones) but overall I had a great time the location is perfect it was clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location! Great for couples

Location is one of the highlights of this property, other that, very cozy, great for couples. Has everything you need, even chairs for the beach, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, etc. There is a small market just a cross the street for anything you need, very convenient. Great service, they were super accommodating as our rental car was bigger than expected and they provided other option for us. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

First Hawai’i trip

This condo was clean and nice! Bed was comfortable and pullout was good. The view through the buildings was beautiful of the ocean. The store across the street was wonderful, and all of the people were very nice. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad.

Great Stay , tip toe.

Great time in Hawaii. Place is clean and in a great location. Only con was the issue with the neighbor under us, first day he threw a letter under our door letting us know he would call the cops if we didn't stop the noise. Everyday he would hit the floor complaining, we were tiptoing every single night to not bother him. FAMILY of 4. Kids 13 and 9years old.

Just like the picture

Overall we had an excellent stay here. The property is exactly as pictured and was perfect for what we needed. It's close enough to the beach and everything Waikiki has to offer. We rented a car and were pleased with the free parking. We chose this property for that reason along with the full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Only hiccups were not getting our key fob at check-in due to the property manager being off, however security was very friendly and accommodating in letting us in. The only real issue we had with the place was the downstairs neighbor. I would venture to guess that previous guests were loud but it felt like we were walking on eggshells the entire time trying to not disturb him. My boyfriend accidentally dropped his phone one time and the downstairs neighbor was banging on the ceiling and left a note under our door.

Working remote while exploring the island

Love the location and convenience of this location! Plenty of towels/beach towels and storage space for a longer stay here. Free parking was the best cherry on top of my stay here. Worked remote here with friends and the WiFi was just enough for all of us. I did bring an Ethernet cable just in case, but my friends were able to work even on the balcony. Trash chute is right across so we were able to easily throw out trash. Property manager was really accommodating and through in his check-in directions. Overall, the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Little Place Near WaikikiBeach

Nice little place about 4 blocks away from Waikiki beach. It's pretty much like you see in the pictures. The management company warned us (prior to final booking) that there might be some daytime construction noise around our unit, but we heard little or nothing, and this proved to be a non-issue.

Perfect accommodations in primo location

My husband and I had an effortless stay here in this beautiful unit right in the heart of Waikiki. It was QUIET & comfortable with a full kitchen (stocked with all necessaries), washer & dryer with FREE PARKING as the icing on the cake. Property manager Byron met us in front of the building as soon as we arrived from the airport, walked us through the unit and responded to any issues we had during our stay via text. Easy. Would stay here again :-)
