"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations due to several issues with the property. The most concerning issue was finding mouse droppings in some of the kitchen drawers, especially where dishes and kitchen items are stored. The air conditioning was also not working in three of the rooms. To the host’s credit, they were responsive in sending someone to inspect it, followed by an HVAC technician. However, communication after that was lacking. I had to reach out for an update and was told...

"Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. Rushville
7.0 de 10, Bé, (2 opinions)
"It's a comfy place but needs some tlc and freshening up. The pictures do not show accurate version of the inside or outside as it is currently . Beautiful fireplace outside but yard needs attention and new cushions are desperately needed. No "welcome book" inside giving information on the house but initial email from owner mentioned it. Definitely has potential. Beautiful deer in the yard. You cannot see the lake either. So, if you are counting on Lakeview this isn't your place."

"This house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the porch is stunning, and if you are up early enough to watch the sunrise, it is so worth it. Everything was very clean, including the hot tub and sauna. We did not get to actually use the sauna, but the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. The location is great. It is about 50 minutes to Letchworth State Park and 40 minutes to some of the northern wineries along Seneca Lake. But there is plenty do to...
