    Honeoye Lake House está ubicada en la costa este del lago Honeoye, cerca del lanzamiento del barco público del estado de Nueva York. La casa está escondido en una unidad de barrio privado. Un montón de aparcamiento está disponible en la calzada y en el camino para los coches o de un remolque del barco ..

    Introduzca esta hermosa casa durante todo el año de cuatro dormitorios (totalmente el invierno con calefacción eléctrica placa base) a través del porche de madera de cedro completamente cerrado con dos tragaluces brillantes. El porche es la sala de juegos, que cuenta con mesa de billar y dardos para entretener a sus amigos y niños durante horas, si los días están llenos de lluvia. Las grandes ventanas y puertas correderas en las áreas de estar y comedor ofrecen vistas panorámicas al lago. El salón ofrece una estufa de leña y una televisión con cable, DVD y VCR (y acceso a Internet WI-FI). El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 con vistas al lago. El salón cuenta con grandes puertas correderas de cristal a la terraza, que ofrece una parrilla de gas, zona de comedor al aire libre adicional para 8, y las escaleras a la gran jardín trasero con 65 pies del lago nivel de fachada. Una cocina está bien equipada y está dispuesto para proporcionar una vista fantástica de actividades al aire libre, así como abrirse al comedor y salas de estar. Fuera de la zona de la cocina, se encuentra el lavadero con lavadora y secadora, junto con un cuarto de baño completo con ducha / bañera.

    En la parte posterior de la casa, hay cuatro dormitorios. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king y está decorado con buen gusto en la decoración cabaña. Los otros dos dormitorios cuentan con cama de matrimonio y una cama doble. David has been a gracious host for the 5 years we have been there. He has always addressed any questions we have. Plus it was a wonderful pleasure to actually meet him this year as he was checking on the house as we were checking in. Our family now considers David’s Lakehouse as our home away from home.

Cottage lake house for a relaxing week! Beautiful location, huge flat backyard for yard games, kayaks and paddleboat provided, huge kitchen and dining room, plenty of sleeping accommodations for the 8 of us! Will book here again!

The perfect lakehouse

Room enough for 8, seating at dinner table for 8, a dock for my boat, lake just big enough, fire pit by the lake, outside deck to sit on, just perfect.

Honeoye stay

This was the second or third time we have stayed here. The owner has made several major upgrades over the years. The place looks better than ever. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Fun time with family

Great time at Honeoye lake. Stayed with family and had great time swimming, fishing, sunning, playing in large yard grilling and eating on large deck. Large , strong aluminum dock to sit, fish, sunbathe on or dock small boat to. Inside amenities have all you need to enjoy making multiple meals, watch TV or nap any time of day. Play pool, darts have dinner at huge table with fantastic view of lake or eat outdoors under huge umbrella on deck. Plenty to do for all ages!

Week at the lake

This was our family vacation with our 3 sons and their wives and 4 little grandchildren. We had a great time and the yard to the lake was so large with plenty of space for the kids to run and not be near the water. The lounge chairs and hammock were so relaxing by the water. Great family get away.

Beautiful home

We were in the area for a wedding. This house was perfect for 2 families of four. The kitchen was gorgeous. Property is very close to the boat launch. We would definitely stay again when we were able to spend more time on the lake.

awesome time at great location

The house was very well equipped with Kitchen fully stocked. Very spacious eating area. Very clean for a lake house, well maintained. Enjoyed the firepit right by the lake every night. To have the private dock available was a nice perk as well as the paddle boat and kayaks that were available to us.

Family wedding trip

We attended a family wedding at Bristol Mtn and stayed at this VRBO. It was a great place for our family to be together. Great location, well stocked with dishes, towels etc and plenty of space. The weather wasn’t good so we were unable to hang out by the lakeside which was unfortunate as it is lovely. The owner is quite responsive to questions. Thanks for a nice accommodation!

Relaxing

Perfect location for friends & family to reconnect with nature & enjoy the natural beautiful surroundings, including the Bald Eagle we saw several times a day out on the water. We would highly recommend this rental, this house feels like home to us, this was our 3rd year in a row staying here, the fishing is great Too !!!!!!

Great week of fishing on Honeoye

We had a great week of fishing on Honeoye Lake thanks to the perfect rental home right on the lake. It was so convenient to have the boat and kayaks right there at the house, and speaking of the house, it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The host was also super friendly and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Thanks again for the great week!

Family week on the lake

Our third year at David’s lake house and each year brings new memories. The only downside and there was nothing David could do about it, but ALOT of algae that did not allow for any water sports which disappointed the kids. Love the lake itself because it’s shallow overall making for better fishing.

Wonderful stay

We booked David’s lake house for a long weekend. It is directly on the lake with a lovely deck, a chairs at the shore line. The house is very large, plenty of room for a large family or friends. Everything was immaculate. The house and furnishings are very comfortable and welcoming. The area is quiet, which we loved. Restaurants and stores are about 6 miles away - no problem getting to them. David responded to my emails quickly, and was a very good host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Fall foliage

After four hard days hiking around Niagara Falls in Canada, we were very grateful for the peace and quiet This home provided. The pool table was an added bonus as it rained all day on our second day there. Love the outdoor spaces and especially the fire pit. It was also very nice to not have to buy wood. We were very lucky to be there when the leaves and the trees were beautiful. I would recommend this home for many different groups. We were two couples and it was perfect for us but I could see our grand children loving it in the summer.
