We promise you vacation with friends in a cozy atmosphere in one of the most picturesque regions in the heart of Germany.
Our country house is located in the fairytale Rinnetal, surrounded by lush green meadows and enchanted forests. In the middle of Rotkäppchenland you will find picturesque half-timbered towns, exciting destinations and fascinating recreational opportunities. For those seeking relaxation, we guarantee a distinctive wild-romantic landscape, formed by gentle valleys, wooded heights and blue lakes.

Our house is an ideal starting point for all activities. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists start directly from the country house to their tours.

Our country house:

We, Julia and Andreas Koch, have acquired this old farm at the end of 2017 and rebuilt it into our beautiful country house in the Rinnetal with loving heartfelt work. Our aim was to preserve the typical regional style of a half-timbered house and combine it with a modern and family-friendly equipment.
It was important for us to offer a place of rest to families with disabled family members.

In our country house in the Rinnetal, parents and children can really holiday - in any weather. In good weather there are plenty of outdoor play areas and in bad weather you can let off steam in our dwarf kingdom, an indoor funroom. But our country house has much more to offer ...

Accessibility:
In order to be able to offer handicapped people barrier-free holidays, we have rebuilt the first floor wheelchair-friendly.
In the spacious staircase there is a platform lift, which disabled persons can use for free.
Our spacious apartment "Rotkäppchen" offers wide passageways and wide doors. The spacious bathroom has a large barrier-free shower and a full-length mirror.

The outdoor play area:
The outdoor play area is fenced and offers with many play equipment such as trampoline, swing, slide, sandpit, etc. a true Kinderparadies. Meanwhile, the parents can see from the balcony of the play area of ​​the little ones and enjoy their cup of coffee in peace.
In the large yard, the children have the opportunity to ride around or play ball with various pedals (tractor, tricycle, scooter, etc.).
After an eventful trip, parents and children can round off the day on the large covered and lighted terrace in the garden. There are both garden furniture and a barbecue for free use.

With the seven dwarfs in the dwarf kingdom:
The Dwarven Realm is a large indoor game room with endless play options for all ages. The room can be accessed from outside as well as from inside: 0)

There are books or board games that you can borrow for free and take with you into your apartments. Or you cuddle up on the sofa and browse through some books about our region or play together a board game at the big table.
In a display cabinet and in a refrigerator, you will find many different seasonal land products from our region that you can purchase. There are z. Delicious jams, fresh open-air eggs, our homemade Ahle Worscht, sweet syrup or honey, handmade natural soap or wines and schnapps for the grown-ups and and and ...
In addition, one can inform oneself in this room about the many leisure and excursion possibilities, which are offered in our beautiful and varied region. There are many flyers and information brochures, hiking maps, motorcycle and bicycle maps. The information material is provided free of charge.

Cinderella's study:
In Cinderella's study you will find little helpers, without whom you can not always escape on holiday. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for free after adventurous excursions. Bikers clothes, your laundry or even wet shoes or boots can hang here on the clothesline to dry. In the garden there is also a clothes dryer, which may be used gladly for this purpose. For motorcycles there is a garage for parking.
