Stylish Penthouse apartment, short walk to fabulous beach, pubs and restaurants

The Penthouse is located on the top floor of the former Beach Hotel and is situated in the heart of Trearddur Bay with a wide range of restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities close by, and the exceptional European Blue Flag beach less than a five minute walk away.
Comfortably accommodating up to six guests in the large open plan living space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, The Penthouse is ideal for families, friends or couples to enjoy their holiday with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.
This bright and spacious apartment has been designed with a contemporary feel in mind and an uncompromised attention to detail. Our primary focus when preparing The Penthouse was to ensure our guests will be as comfortable as possible. Carefully selected furnishings and tasteful décor combine to provide a truly delightful and relaxing environment.

Accommodation
In the main lounge area there is ample space for guests to relax on the comfortable three piece suite. A large flat screen TV with integral Freeview, and a Blu-ray player are provided along with a selection of DVDs. Adjacent to this is the play room which comprises of a large flat screen TV with a Sony PlayStation 3 and a selection of games, and a games table. There is also a selection of conventional board games and books available. Free Wi-Fi is available to all Penthouse guests.

A large extending glass dining table and six chairs provides space for guests to dine in comfort. The superbly equipped kitchen is again of a modern design and comprises of a gas hob, electric fan oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms; one king, one double, both with ensuite bathrooms, one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. All baths have a thermostatic shower over and shower screen.

Great apartment in a very good location

Really nicely appointed apartment just a stone’s throw from the beach and walkable to the various nearby eateries. All rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Only thing to note is that there are no blackout blinds or curtains in any of the bedrooms so if you’re a light sensitive sleeper you might want to take an eye mask.

Short April break

This property is absolutely fabulous. Two en-suite double bed rooms, a room with trim beds, a separate bath room, large lounge, dining area and kitchen. We will definitely be returning, hopefully with our grown up children and grandchildren. Two min walk to the beach, pubs and restaurants.

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was amazingly clean and well equipped - even plentiful toilet roll, soap, kitchen roll etc. Very comfortable couches and Wi-Fi worked seamlessly.Only slight criticism would be questionable sea view? Can be seen if you try really hard from the front aspect. View from the living rooms and rear bedroom not very good, unfortunately.Parking is located some 150 yards away, out of view.However, would absolutely return.Easy walking distance to several lovely restaurants and the beach and coves.

Great Penthouse Apartment

Had a lovely stay at this top floor apartment. Clear check in process. Apartment was very clean and very spacious for 5 adults. Some sloping ceilings (2 of us are over 6ft) but not a major problem. Area is quiet with some good restaurants. Sea Shanty highly recommend. Would recommend this apartment. 6ft)

Cheryl’s apartment is beautifully decorated and in a great location & very spacious for six adults. Communication was first class throughout and everything was exactly as expected. We would definitely stay there again.

Once we had checked in it was fantastic.

Check in is confusing because when you arrive there are key safes on the left nr the front door. However the keysafe to this property is hidden away to the right of the front door. We saw the key safes to the left and thought this was it and spent 30 minutes on the phone to vrbo trying to get access to the property. Eventually vrbo got hold of the property owner and our mistake was quickly rectified. Found the correct key safe and we were in! Teens/young adults enjoyed the mini pool table. An excellent base for a holiday on holy island.

Nice quiet Apartment plenty of room especially for a couple, Great location especially for us the reason being a Birthday celebration for our friend, at our opinion, best restaurant Oceans Edge, which was Walking distance along the promenade.

Excellent location to the beach, wonderfully sized place, granted there were only 2 of us but it would be more than sizable for the 6 it can hold. Great helpful info pack, clean, warm, can't fault it! Thank you for a lovely stay to help us ring in the new year!

Great flat for family with teens

Really nice, comfortable flat close to the beach. Particularly good for family groups of different ages as there's effectively a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Little football table/gaming area much appreciated and though we ate out most of the time, the kitchen diner is perfect too. It's a Georgian building and clearly comes with Georgian building issues (the legacy of a roof leak?) and its next to a pub but honestly, there was zero noise when we were there over a busy Easter weekend. Excellent communication from host, especially when an issue at their end arose before our check in - they were incredibly thoughtful about how to adjust things. So we hope to go back because it is the perfect spot for our family group with a couple of older teens. Also Trearddur Bay is just great for them because they can do everything they want to within walking distance.

Great holiday!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and within an easy walk of the beach, shop and restaurant. We had a bit of a problem with the key-safe as there are two safes numbered 10 on the pillar. Cheryl was very helpful and easy to contact.

Lovely home from home apartment

Lovely, clean , spacious ,well equipped apartment. Information provided by the owner on how electrical appliances work and what to do and where to eat was very useful. The games room was a great addition and appreciated by the children and adults. A beautiful beach within a 2 minute walk. The only downside was the parking which was behind the property, although some parked on the roadside or a nearby side street but this didn’t spoil our break. Would definitely look to book again.
