Gran solarium con piscina en la azotea que no pudimos disfrutar en este mes de febrero pero debe ser una gozada en verano.
El personal muy servicial, con detalles de bienvenida e incluso de salida ! los pop-corns fueron una gran sorpresa !

"Me ha encantado todo! Es un hotel muy bonito, con todas las facilidad, una piscina climatizada, gimnasio y desayuno buffet, un personal super amable. Estaba super limpio, las sabanas se cambiaban cada día y las toallas. Teniamos a disposición maquina de agua y café 24h. Lo unico malo que podría señalar sería el hecho de que al tener muchos bares abajo y restaurantes es una calle bastante transitada. Pero muy bien comunicada."

"The property is a lovely boutique hotel with coffee bar and roof terrace. The hotel is well decorated and very quiet. It is clean to a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to ferries, shops and beaches & waterfront. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hote and woild not hesitate to book to stay there again."

"Reserve una suites en piso 17 linda vista. Pero el hotel tiene un problema grave de ruido producido constantemente por el centro comercial. No solo por el gran ruido de la música , si no también por cualquier actividad que se realize en el centro comercial. Se produce un rebote del sonido terrible , no puedes estar en el balcón. Realmente fue muy desagradable.
Pagar una habitación bastante cara para sufrir con el terrible ruido.

Realmente fue muy desagradable.

It was a great room, very spacious and with all amenities. A member of staff comes during the evninf offering little presents in order to make you feel like home. And you really do. I will, without doubt, come back. Of course, the bed was very comfortable. You can feel the attention to details. Highly recomended."

"El apartamento completamente reformado, dispone de ascensor y cama doble cómoda. Le faltaría un microondas y una cafetera para dar más servicio. El cheking fue bien y la aplicación para acceder a la habitación funciona correctamente. El personal que vimos, fue amable y con predisposición a ayudarnos en todo. Solicitamos una limpieza extra y un cambio de toallas y lo hicieron, a pesar de que llevábamos solo 2 días de una estancia de 4 en total. En general, la estancia ha sido satisfactoria. "

El adaptador del interruptor no funcionaba, el secador del pelo se paraba cuando llevaba 1 minuto funcionando, fui a decirlo a la recepcionista y pese a que me dijeron que iría el de mantenimiento a solucionarlo todo, al llegar por la noche seguíamos con los dos mismos problemas. Así que a las tantas de la noche nos tocó volver a bajar a recepción y nos acabaron dejando otro adaptador. Lo del secador de pelo, no me lo acabaron solucionando. Creo que tampoco era tan difícil."
