We are pleased to announce that our Coconuts beachfront condo is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected.

Beachfront Paradise 1 is a beautiful BEACHFRONT 1 bedroom retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. With its enchanting decor and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at ease from the moment you step inside. This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. The condo is located on the top floor (2nd level) with GORGEOUS, unobstructed views of the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Gulf of Mexico. You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the BEST seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located INSIDE the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane BBQ grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Anna Maria Island has a FREE trolley that travels the full length of the island from the Anna Maria City Pier to the north to Bradenton Beach to the south. Reserve your vacation stay today. Whether you're lounging in the living area or exploring the nearby attractions, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Note: We are NOT allowing early check ins or late check outs at this time. Cleaners are taking extra time to prepare the property between each guest. Our condo has a 4 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use.

This beachfront property was perfect for our stay in Holmes Beach. The unit is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail throughout for the ideal beach theme. We loved being on the second floor to enjoy amazing sunsets on the nice sized deck. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs/umbrella. The host provided check-in information in advance for a seamless check-in upon arrival. The host was also very responsive during our stay & helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. We didn’t want to leave.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo! Gorgeously decorated with stylish, coastal touches that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The highlight, though, was the extraordinary ocean view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with that stunning view was pure bliss. The location was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view!!

This place has the most amazing view over looking Anna Maria island with the massive windows which is why I chose this place. Looks exactly like the picture. It was so nice coming back “home” to this place after a long day on the beach! In addition, there are a lot of family friendly games they provide as well which were so fun to play with the family!

Absolutely Amazing

The place was absolutely beautiful!!! The very short walk to the beach and pool was wonderful. I little too expensive, but definitely worth every penny that we spent.
