    Importante antes de reservar: Seaside Beach House #203 es un apartamento en la última planta sin ascensor; hay que subir escaleras para llegar al piso. Los huéspedes con movilidad reducida deben tenerlo en cuenta antes de reservar.

    Al estar en la última planta, este apartamento tiene la mejor ubicación elevada del edificio, y el balcón privado de 14 pies da directamente al Golfo, con vistas despejadas de la puesta de sol. Desde este balcón puedes ver delfines. Es donde empiezan las mañanas, donde terminan las tardes y donde, en realidad, transcurre la mayor parte de la estancia.

    Con más de 950 pies cuadrados, esta vivienda es más espaciosa que la mayoría de los apartamentos de un dormitorio de este rango de precios. El salón, el comedor y la cocina, de diseño abierto, dan todos al Golfo. El suelo laminado nuevo en toda la vivienda —sin moqueta— mantiene el espacio fresco y fácil de limpiar después de un día de playa. La suite principal, con cama king size, tiene acceso directo al balcón y baño en suite. Un sofá cama individual en el salón permite alojar a un tercer huésped. Hay un baño y medio en total. Lavandería compartida en la planta baja.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas en casa. Televisor de pantalla plana en el salón. wifi de alta velocidad incluido. Se proporcionan algunos artículos de playa. La piscina climatizada de la comunidad está junto a la playa.

    Ten en cuenta que esta propiedad no es apta para vehículos eléctricos ni carritos de golf eléctricos. Se incluye una plaza de aparcamiento cubierta para un vehículo.

Perfect beachfront Condo

The Condo is very comfortable, clean and quiet! It was great to have the beach and pool right off the balcony and of course, the perfect spot to see the sunsets.

The views from the balcony were stunning. We sat outside on the balcony many nights watching the sunset. The condo itself had everything we needed and was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed- including beach chairs, towels ect. New flooring was great. Beach awesome. Condo a little tired but would definitely come back

Great location with an awesome view. Upon arrival the top of refrigerator was dirty and there was a lot of sand in the hall closet. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) were the cheapest I have ever used, they were not very useful. The sliding door in the bedroom was not locked and the slider to the balcony would not lock. Great property, dated a little, but bed was very comfortable and shower while small had great water pressure. We would stay here again. Parking was awesome!

Perfect Sunset Getaway

Located on a quiet part of the island, while still being close to many great restaurants. Property felt like home, including a comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Balcony was great for sunsets, and beach access could not be closer. Stayed at many AMI properties and would definitely return to this one!

Outstanding

This rental is the perfect location on the island, literally a few steps to the beach with beachfront oceanfront views from the balcony. The unit is the perfect size for a couple and had EVERYTHING needed for a perfect week. A huge pool, beach chairs and umbrella, great bed and pillows. We have been going to Anna Maria Island for 7 years and this may be our fav rental.

Location of this property is perfect for us - centrally located. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. Property was just as described. Hope to come back!

On the beach, top floor, wide balcony, enormous condo, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in secure locker, barefoot through entry to beach. Near trolley stop. Sunsets from the balcony. We were able to decompress and totally enjoy our stay.

Loved the location! Close to everything! Loved waking up to the ocean view! The bed was comfy and nice. The 2couches however could use some updating!- pretty uncomfortable. But other than that it was great! I would book again!!
