Sands of Time es una nueva casa de lujo en una isla tropical con 6 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños y se encuentra a solo 2-3 minutos a pie de la playa del Golfo. Esta casa está equipada para dormir 12 personas en total y cuenta con 6 habitaciones. La piscina climatizada cuenta con un spa de lujo y un lanai de gran tamaño al lado de la piscina cuenta con una mesa de comedor, TV HD de pantalla plana y mesa de ping pong. Además, un fantástico tobogán de agua en la piscina! ¡Los niños y adultos por igual estarán en el cielo! También tendrá las comodidades adicionales de 2 vagones de playa, algunas sillas de playa y juguetes para los niños, así como también, un congelador para guardar comida extra. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que incluyen azulejos finos, accesorios y gabinetes personalizados, ropa de cama fina y pisos de madera. La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con una hermosa isla con capacidad para 3, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gabinetes de playa blancos con manijas de puerta adornadas con estrellas de mar. La mesa del comedor es de madera con sillas de mimbre estilo Tommy Bahama y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Asegúrate de llevar tus películas favoritas para disfrutar de tus tardes con la familia en el televisor grande de alta definición en la sala de estar que también tiene un reproductor de DVD. Justo al lado de la sala de estar, tendrá puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón que da a la piscina. Puede tomar las escaleras desde este balcón hasta la zona de la piscina.

Dormitorios
Sands of Time tiene un total de 6 habitaciones, todas con TV de pantalla plana de alta definición. En el primer nivel tendrás dos master suites. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama King, baño privado y acceso a un balcón privado con dos sillas con vista a Holmes Boulevard. El segundo dormitorio es también un rey con baño privado. En la planta superior tendrá los otros 4 dormitorios. El tercer dormitorio es la habitación de los niños con dos juegos de camas literas. El cuarto dormitorio es un Master King en suite con acceso a un balcón privado con vista a la piscina. El quinto dormitorio tiene una cama King y un balcón privado y el sexto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. * No hay sofá cama disponible.

Hay 4. 5 baños en total. En el nivel de vida principal, justo al lado de la cocina y el comedor, tendrá un medio baño. También encontrarás la lavandería justo detrás de la puerta corrediza en este baño. El segundo cuarto de baño es un baño principal con ducha. El tercer baño también es un baño principal con ducha, pero tiene lavamanos para él y para ella. En la planta superior se encuentran los baños restantes. 3 dormitorios compartirán un baño de área común que tiene una bañera y ducha. El último baño es un baño principal con ducha.

Nice house in close to beach location with great pool

The house was a great accommodation but pool was a huge hit with kids. Well heated during cooler than usual week making it a magnet for kids. Close proximity to beach a real plus.

We loved this house. Great location, well maintained and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. We would definitely consider renting this house in the future.

Wonderful time!!

We had an absolute great time!! House was clean and comfortable! We rode out a tropical storm and felt very safe, we could barely tell there was a storm going on outside! House is very well built. The pool and game were perfect!

Great place

Had our kids and grand kids join us for spring break. The house was wonderful for a big group. Good walking distance to the beach. Lots of beach towels. Extra fridge in garage was very helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies… detergents, garbage bags spices etc. there is nothing stocked there. Very clean and great place to stay

Sands of Time Did Not Disappoint

Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, furnishings were comfortable and location was good. Only issue was that the pool lights did not work and the hot tub jets worked now and then. Beach House was contacted but no one showed up to look at the problem.

Beautifully designed home that needs some attention

We eagerly anticipated our family of 12 enjoying AMI after our week in Captiva was cancelled due to Ian. The pool was in bad shape and pool service spent just 5-10 min on Tuesday but promised to do a thorough job later. Friday Morning the Pool was so murky, I called rental agent who said they would be there for sure later that day. At 9pm our 6 grandchildren were still waiting!! Also filter on refrigerator water dispenser needs changed. We were unable to access cold filtered water from refrigerator. The pots and pans (very low end teflon) were scratched and most unusable. Also there was no dish soap (most homes a small bottle, and only 5 spoons for a home sleeping 12-14. Only a small 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bath, no dishwasher detergent, and the garbage cans had not been taken to curbside by the previous renters and the smell so close to the pool area was putrid. For $11, 000 we expected so much more. We will not be returning to AMI again.

Wonderful place

The house was perfect for our family of 12, 8 adults 4 children. Very clean and lots of space. The pool and slide were great. All the beach gear was very helpful. A 1.5 block walk to the beach. It was perfect!! We had a small issue with the shower draining in one bathroom. I called the rental office and it was fixed promptly while we were at the beach, they were very accommodating.

Overall the property was great & we had a fantastic time. We felt it could use a good deep clean & the pool needed more attention & when they did come there was no warning & inconvenient time. Location & the property were perfect for us!

Love the house - could use some TLC

We stayed with 12 guests and it’s the perfect location - close to the beach and downtown! The kids loved the pool but we did need to call to get it shocked and cleaned as it was cloudy when we got there. The property could also use a deep clean - floors were not clean and the windows/doors were dirty. We also noticed the mattresses weren’t the best and couldn’t use the grill because of an unknown substance in it… If the property manager addresses my concerns- it would be the perfect property and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was everything we expected. Kitchen was equipped nicely. The pool and hot tub were perfect. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. We would definitely stay at this rental again!!

Great Location

Our group of 12 had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated all of us The beach is fantastic. The upstairs bedrooms are too warm and the downstairs are too cold We frequently ran out of hot water with some cold showers. The freezer worked great but the fridge is too warm. The pool was dirty and the pool heater did not work until it was serviced. The washer and dryer were awesome All in all it was good but some issues that need attention

Amazing vacation house!

Renting this house was an excellent experience! My children and grandchildren, friend, and I stayed a week and loved it! Location is excellent- only a short block to the beach. The pool area was private and exceptional with a pool slide, a bathroom, a bar, an outdoor shower, ample furniture, etc. We enjoyed BBQing and eating by the pool. Lots of beach chairs, wagons, a rolling cooler and toys available to use. 5 bikes available- we loved early morning bike rides! Inside was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen including spices, extra beach towels and comfortable beds. Zoned HVAC added to the comfort. Only issue was a broken ignitor on the BBQ pit and it was fixed the same day a request was made. Would definitely recommend!!

Location location

We are such huge fans of the north side of Anna Maria Island and this spot hits perfectly on that. The rooms were nicely sized and very clean. Upstairs master is a little warm but that is being really picky. Screendoors would be an amazing upgrade to the sliding glassdoors (more of a suggestion than a complaint). We would 100% stay again and we are already discussing staying the same week in 2022.

Everything was perfect except the beds

We absolutely loved the house, especially the outdoor living space! My only word of advice would be, fix the beds. They were ungodly loud. Every time you roll over, it would wake up the entire house. We had our 18 month old sleeping in his pac n play in our room & he woke up everytime we moved. Needless to say, sleeping was less than enjoyable but other than that everything was perfect!

Great beach house

We stayed here for 3 weeks. The house was great for our party of 4 . We loved the 4 king suites and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. Another great thing about this house is the backyard. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the slide. The area around the pool was great. It was nice that when we wanted to cookout, we had everything we needed including a small refrigerator. Saved lots of steps! This house has a lot of steps so just be aware if you are traveling with someone who has trouble with stairs. The upstairs got pretty warm in the afternoon but really no different than anywhere else we have stayed in AMI. The rental agents were very nice to work with. Would definitely use them again

Great Family Vacation

This home is beautiful. The backyard outdoor area is a highlight of the home. We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub and it was great to be able to watch tv outside as well. It was a short walk to the beach and they provided everything you needed to enjoy yourself (chairs, sand toys, coolers, and a wagon to pull everything). It was a close drive to several restaurants and shops or the trolly stop was a quick walk. My only complaint would be that the hot tub stopped working on Thursday and they never sent anyone out to fix it. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

Great home with everything you could need!

Stayed here with my 4 children 2 son in laws and 5 grandchildren. This home was amazing so much space for the whole family. Loved the outside patio and pool area. Short walk to the beach was great too

Good overall but property definitely in need of TLC

I’m surprised this property had so many high star reviews. The house needs a good cleaning. Vents/fans are filthy. The cover blanket on our bed had a lot of stains on it. The grill was completely unusable, it didn’t even have a bottom. We called and they had a replacement delivered within the hour so that was a positive. The dining table and kitchen island were loaded with ants. On Sunday the attic access panel in our master closet crashed down onto the floor. That day we called the answering service to report the ants, the attic panel falling, and the jacuzzi not heating we never got a return call after 2 attempts so on Monday we drove to the office first thing. The employee was nice and by later that day the pest control guy, pool guy, and maintenance came to fix the issues. pest control didn’t work so we baited the ants ourselves and fixed the problem for the next tenants. A couple things I would add: this house has a lot of stairs and if you are in the house the only way to get to the pool is up and down the stairs via the sliding doors in the family room. There is an outdoor kitchen and bathroom which is nice but inevitably you have to go upstairs. It’s also cumbersome when hauling luggage. The slide which was a big attraction for us, is pretty aggressive. It’s actually safer to go down it without the water running. Also the plastic drain cap on the bottom of the pool is broken which is a safety hazard because it would be easy to cut a foot on it. Management will probably say we didn’t report that but should we have to? We were tired of spending our vacation having to call and report things. These places should be thoroughly inspected weekly to make sure these things are functioning and in good order.
