This single-level home is exquisitely decorated in 1960’s period appropriate furnishings and fixtures. Upon arrival, you will feel right at home. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, the attached dining area can seat 6, and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter to allow for all your guests to relax and wind down! Ample counter space will allow the chef in your group to prepare your favorite meals. The living room area is connected by an open concept layout to the dining and kitchen areas for a relaxing space for everyone to watch the big game or watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV after a long beach-day.

Each bedroom in this home has a flat screen TV and enjoys great natural light. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bathroom, and the third bedroom has two Twin XL beds. Both bathrooms in this home have full walk-in showers, and one of these is a double shower. The washer and dryer units in this home make doing laundry a breeze!

The outdoor space of this home offers the ideal beach alternative! The heated pool and spa are surrounded by palms that will engulf you in a true island oasis. The pool contains a shallow area with an umbrella to offer the perfect lounging spot for when you or young children need a break from the Florida sun. Lounge chairs, dining table with seating for 6, and propane grill will ensure that you and your guests have the perfect backyard BBQ hangout spot! Property also offers 6 beach chairs for guest use during your stay.

This home is in Holmes Beach and is just a short drive away from Pine Avenue on the north end or to the dining/shopping options in Holmes Beach. You are also a short walk away from the free island trolley stop – this is a great option for when you want to explore the island while leaving the car or golf cart at home! This trolley goes all the way to The City Pier on the north end and to Coquina Beach on the south end with various stops in between. On Pine Avenue you will find Pink and Navy Boutique, The Donut Experiment, North Shore Café and Anna Maria Island Outfitters, along with numerous other dining and shopping options like ice cream shops and Ginny and Jane E’s! Be sure to take a walk out on the famous City Pier and even grab a bite to eat out there while overlooking Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck.
