This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home in Holmes Beach is just steps from the beach with fantastic Gulf views. This home is the perfect beach getaway with everything you could want while enjoying Anna Maria Island.

The decor and amenities are upscale making it the ideal space. Just imagine waking up to the sound of the surf rolling in. Enjoy a cup of coffee or vino on one of your many decks as the sun comes up and the island comes to life. Spend the day on the beach or take a relaxing dip in your private pool. Gather around the dining room table for dinner with the sun setting over the Gulf as your backdrop.

The bedrooms in this home rental are beautifully decorated and include 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk bed (located in the den) with plenty of space for up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and there are 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet with the second bathroom on the 3rd floor is shared between the other two bedrooms and has a tub. The second bedroom on the main floor has a private bathroom and the last is shared with the first bedroom and living area.

The open concept living area is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is upscale with all the amenities of home plus upscale Thermador appliances and a wine cooler - and a fantastic backsplash that glitters in the Florida sunshine. The home also includes a grill, garage parking and wireless Internet access. We guarantee our On the Beach Home will check all your vacation needs - and then some!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

On the beach

This house is amazing, location location location :) steps from the beach. Great pool, elevator for the luggage. The views from the living room is stunning and also from the main room in the 3rd floor. Our family loved, is our 4th time visiting the paradise island and we want to come back to this house.

We enjoyed the property. We only really has 3 issues which they responded very quickly. Elevator did not work, that stucked for bags and groceries. Pool was dirty on our arrival. Cleaned the pool the next day.Last dishwasher, the door was broke. Had to be careful not to break a foot. But again the rental company responded quickly..All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. Great location.Elevator was our biggest issue we're all women 60yrs old schlepping bags up three floors was not fun.

A Good time is what you make of it😃👍

The location to the beach is wonderfully close! The pool was well taken care of, but don’t say you have a TV by the pool if it doesn’t work or a grill if it has no gas and doesn’t work. Don’t say to let you know if something is broken like the freezer door when according to reviews it has been for a while , . But a good time was had anyway👍 We love the area and have been there many times and this home had the best location👍 The Stouts

Great location and beautiful home

This second row house is just steps away from the beach and has beautiful ocean views. House is large and comfortable with a two car garage, pool and hot tub, and open floor plan on the main level. Would love to stay here again!

Breathing views!

We had a great stay at On the Beach! The views were breathtaking and access to the beach was great for our party to go back and forth with ease. The elevator was a bonus to get our luggage to the third floor. The house was stocked with essentials. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great Location and Beautiful House

Very nice overall experience at this property. Location is amazing and the views of the gulf from the master bedroom are truly something unique. Property management was responsive to troubleshooting a heating issue with the pool/spa. Few touch ups and replacements would have gotten a full 5 star review. Queen bed on the 3rd floor was truly uncomfortable to stay on and required additional blankets and a mattress topper we purchased to make it work for our party. Dishwasher and freezer door both are touchy and wouldn't properly close without some finesse and a previous reviewer was correct in a lack of comfortable seating options in the living room. Not ideal for a movie/game night in with family or a large group. Other pros: great water pressure, bikes for use in the garage, and a well stocked kitchen.

Beach Bliss

House on the Beach was fabulous! The views were amazing. The home is situated basically ocean front. The bedrooms were comfortable and functional. The open space for family gathering made the trip - big dining space and lots of places to curl up for movie time. Outside area with private pool was bigger than expected and so charming/inviting. We had one issue that was immediately addressed with kindness and professionalism. I will definitely come back. My favorite rental ever!

Beautiful place, great location

Our only problem is that we were told it was accessible for a wheelchair. Well, both doors had a step so luckily we brought our own ramp. The elevator was a huge help.

Family Vacation

Location of house and overall experience was wonderful there were a couple of problems with a door and window that the realtor were aware of and we’re getting ready to fix. This is the fifth year that we have stayed in this area and we will be back

Heaven on the beach

As a large family who has had holidays drastically changed by family moving and passing away, we decided to rent this house for Thanksgiving to have a change of pace. We absolutely fell in love. The location simply cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach, to the point I never even bothered to put on my flip flops. The huge windows were amazing for lots of light and amazing beach views. We had ten people staying in the home, and five more over for Thanksgiving dinner. Never once did it feel crowded or uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable, each bedroom having a bathroom was convenient, and my kids having bunk beds was a big hit for the boys. We had to call once about a door sticking and an issue with the grill, and it was handled immediately and to our satisfaction. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable our 9 days have been.
