By booking this property, the guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner, their family, and any affiliated business entities (collectively referred to as “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Use of the Property: Any injury, damage, or loss occurring on or in connection with the use of the property by the guest, their family, invitees, or any other persons associated with the guest.

2. Negligence: Any act or omission by the guest or their associates that may result in injury or damage to themselves or third parties.

3. Legal Compliance: Any failure of the guest or their associates to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances while using the property.

The guest acknowledges that they have read and understood this indemnity clause and agree to its terms as a condition of their booking. This clause shall survive the termination of the rental agreement.
