Upon entering, you will find yourself in a welcoming open living space with a comfortable furnished seating area with a TV, a dining table set for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cookware to prepare your family's favorite meals.

The primary bedroom has calming coastal touches with a plush King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, with quick access to a hall bath with a shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer are available!

Main TV is 21 inches. Way too small. TVs in bedrooms from Stoneage. Main bedroom mattress could be firmer. TV cable service is dismal.

Spacious unit steps away from nice clean beach. Nice view from big balcony to enjoy coffee or happy hour. Nice pool and covered parking area. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and surf shops. Free island shuttle stop next door at public beach. Nice safe neighborhood. Unit nice but showing some signs of wear. Also close to Publix grocery store and pharmacies. Included beach chairs and umbrella too! Would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable, including the beds. The kitchen had been entirely updated and the appliances were nice. Every possible kitchen item was provided, even a blender and electric tea kettle. There are zero food provisions, though. No olive oil, condiments, or aluminum foil. We even had buy salt and pepper. The bathroom showers could use updating, but were very clean. The pictures of the condo were accurate, and the view was better than I expected from the photos. The one complaint is that all the windows are screwed shut. The only thing besides the front door that we could open was the sliding patio door, which didn’t have a lock. The pool was wonderfully heated, which is good because it’s in the shade from the afternoon on. The property management company was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy, as was checkout, and they communicated frequently via text. This felt attentive without being bothersome. There is a noise ordinance, so even though the property is right next to a public beach with a bar close- everything was quiet by 10 pm. Overall, a very relaxing stay and we would definitely consider staying there again.

The condo was very clean. Kitchen was good. Bed was comfortable. The toilet in the hallway was extremely short, maybe for kids. No extra washcloths or towels. Has a washer and dryer. Easy access to the beach. Master shower is very old. TVs are very small. The condo has an elevator. Great communication with property management.

1. Management company was above and beyond on every issue; 2. Nicely appointed condo with nice, clean, up-to-date kitchen accessories; 3. Not oceanfront but great view from private balcony; 4. Easy walk to Gulf; 5. Parking and pool; 6. Closet with beach chairs, etc.; 7. 5-minutes to Publix, CVS and many shops.

The unit is beside public beach separated by mangroves. One night a man was in the mangrove. He fell and stumbled out of the mangroves into the parking lot by the unit saying he was tracking his pot in the mangroves. There was traffic noise and bar noise on the deck and the complex was having the the walkway and stairs sandblasted with silicosis dust flying. After several days of my calling, management about the noise, it deducted a whopping $103 adjustment to bill for not being able to use pool all week due to the dust and noise. I ate several meals in bedroom to avoid the noise. Management offered to move us toward the end of the trip and my husband who has cancer was reluctant to try to move everything for a couple of nights. Kitchen is super small with really low ceilings. The sunset view from deck is good and the beds were comfy. The unit is dated but did have all needed appliances although some of the cutlery was greasy, floors were not super clean and kitchen and refrigerator smelled of bacon and fish. I bought baking soda for fridge. It was our worst VRBO experience.

The condo was very nice but it was a pain sitting on the balcony in the am listening to the landscapers blowing leaves every morning.Also we couldn't use the pool due to the noise of generators going all day while workers were doing flooring.management failed to tell us that one. We loved Anna Maria island especially Coquina beach and the dolphins. The areas around the piers are nice too for shopping,dining. Bayfront park was nice and quiet too. Overall the inside of the condo was great and touring the area too.

My wife, 5 year old son and I had a nice relaxing week at this property. Very short walk to the beach. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We really loved the balcony and being able to see and hear the ocean from there. It was super convenient to have a dishwasher and also a washer and dryer in the condo. Within walking distance to Skinny's and Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe for food and drinks.

My husband and I stayed at the property for a week. The location is fantastic (30 second walk to the beach, a minute walk to the trolley stop). The condo was very well taken care of and clean. There were beach chairs and items available to use during the stay, which were super useful. 5/5 stars!

For us, this was a great location. Next to manatee beach so we woke up two minutes before Easter Mass on the beach and made it:). Well maintained and clean. People there were very friendly as well. The only downfall was the early 6:30 wake up from the leaf blowers in the public parking lot next door.
