  • Si te gusta estar cerca de todo Y tener la playa justo afuera de tu puerta trasera, Gulf Place 2 es donde quieres estar. Relájese en Splendor actualizado con vistas a la playa en toda la sala de estar principal. Hay espectaculares puestas de sol desde el porche de Lanai sobre la playa del Golfo de México. Puede descansar junto a la piscina climatizada aislada por un paisaje exuberante, contra el Golfo, o tomar el camino de acceso a la playa para disfrutar de sus brisas saladas y aguas acuáticas. Tumbonas en la cubierta del sol, ofrecen una línea de visión fácil a su familia en el juego.

    El dormitorio principal ofrece comodidad en una cama King, TV de pantalla plana, vestidor, baño privado, con una ducha a ras de suelo en un renovado encanto costero. El segundo dormitorio luminoso y alegre también cuenta con una cama king y mucho espacio de almacenamiento para sus largas estadías. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales con vestidor frente a una lavandería completa.

    La cocina actualizada y completamente equipada se abre hacia el comedor y la sala de estar con cómodos asientos en tres sofás, todos con vistas a las arenas sedosas que atraen a las personas hacia Anna Maria. Nunca se cansará de ver la puesta de sol desde la comodidad de su hogar o más vívidamente a lo largo de la costa.

    El complejo cuenta con sus propias canchas de tenis y se encuentra en la ruta del tranvía para el transporte gratuito a todo lo que Anna Maria Island tiene para ofrecer, incluido el pueblo histórico que está lleno de interesantes tiendas y restaurantes y es el hogar de los jugadores de la isla, así como el Anna Museo de la Sociedad Histórica María.

This place is wonderful! The view is amazing! The pool is exactly what you need after a day on the beach. I can’t say enough about this place! Would definitely stay here again!

Our March visit from PA with our daughters was perfect. So perfect we have booked next year already. The other tenants were kind and helpful. View of beach and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was perfectly situated. The condo layout was open and the bedrooms just what we needed for 6 adults. Kitchen well stocked. There was maintenance of railings going on during our visit - which indicates the property is well-maintained and held to code. Hate to wish our life away - but so excited to return in 2027!! Thank you for a wonderful family experience.

Location is Everything!

Best location on the beach! Condo itself was nice but could use just a little TLC. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Over all our stay was amazing and everyone is trying to figure out when we can go back!

Balcony on the beach was the perfect place to watch the sunset

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had.

The property location is outstanding. This is the third time we have stayed at this complex, and we will continue to! Kitchen was well stocked (baking dishes, blender, crockpot.. everything). Coffee options were traditional coffee maker, kcup and espresso (provide your own beans/grounds/pods). Patio is perfect for early morning coffee and AMI sunsets. Space overall was great with room to spread out. Livingroom has great seating for 6. Beds were comfy. Closet space was great. Recommendations from seasoned AMI renters: leave spray cleaner for guests, towel fee is very high (350), I’d have rather saved that and brought our own, one fan was non functioning, no beach umbrella present (I know it’s hard to keep up with beach equipment), beach chairs were poor quality compared to other friends’ on the island at different locations. Overall it was a great stay! I’d consider this unit again if it was available. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us! :)

Beautiful setting

The property was just as promised. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. Lovely vacation - beautiful place for a retreat.

Easy: definitely a do over

Excellent stay had a great time … so nice having the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths ! Beautiful accommodations all around ! Definitely a do over ! Wasn’t told about the extra night time lightning show which was a beautiful sight ! Thanks again!

Unit was exceptionally clean. We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. Never disappoints. Only concern is lack of trash receptacles. Need to bring dumpster back.

Our first visit

Property was amazing, the views from balcony of daily sunsets were awesome. We have already rebooked for next year. Few things needed repair, and a little pricey. But that being said we had a awesome time.

I had to reschedule my vacation until next year Due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I appreciate the property owners willingness to allow me to reschedule at no additional cost. We are looking forward to next April’s visit to this property.

Perfekter Ort, wunderschöner Balkon. Wohnung grosszügig und wie auf Fotos. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Einige wenige kleine Dinge waren defekt oder müssten ausgetauscht werden. Haben wir gemeldet und sollte vor nächstem Wechsel erledigt werden, wie uns versichert wurde. Wir würden wiederkommen. Danke, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen durften, wir hatten eine wunderbare Familienzeit.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We loved this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there were not enough towels. We had 6 bath towels for 6 people and 6 beach towels. We were constantly washing towels. But other than that everything was amazing.

Lovely quiet Oceanside Property

We loved the location, view, distance to the trolley, and the quiet beautiful beach. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place.

The view is everything

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island. The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. Overall I would stay here again but just a little TLC could make this place spectacular.
