    Located a quick walk to the shimmering sand and sparkling clear waters of the beaches of Anna Maria, Da Beach House is a single level vacation retreat. Enjoy the island breezes and relax in paradise.

    The kitchen, living and dining areas provide space for everyone to relax and enjoy vacation together.

    The Great Room offers a second gathering room with an additional dining table seating four. Our home is your holiday home away from home.. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and the guest room includes a king-sized bed. Each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

    Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

    A sparkling, heated pool and spa highlight the backyard and is complete with pool loungers, Adirondack chairs and a patio dining set which seats four. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the hammocks.

    Da Beach House is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

    You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

    Da Beach House is a dog-friendly property! If you have added a dog to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Max **

Da Beach house did not disappoint. Its a great location in the middle of the island, very easy to get anywhere. Also an easy 1 block walk to the beach.

The home was well maintained and the pool area was so relaxing. We had to beg and bribe our kids to leave the pool and go to the beach.

Da Beach house was da best! Location was perfect, pool area was perfect, inside was perfect! Exactly what my husband and I needed for vacation! As a side note, you might want to rent beach chairs from Beach Bums. The chairs located at the house had seen better days.

Perfect for Spring Break with the family

Perfect property for my family of 6. Kids could swim all day and night and parents could relax and unwind or work by the pool. So close to the beach and walked for ice cream on the daily. Would recommend getting a golf cart for island adventures. Will plan to stay here again.

Fall getaway

Da beach house was a wonderful stay! House was decorated so cute! Plenty of space for 2 couples. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub. We used both everyday of our stay. Just a short walk to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. We will be watching to book another stay.

Great Place for a family get away!

Overall positive. Location to beach and all other amenities was perfect. Pool and outdoor space spectacular. Kitchen was not as equipped as we would have liked but we made due. Overall our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Home

We arrived and I was wishing my own home was that clean! Great layout in the home, tile work was beautiful, kitchen was open everything was tastefully decorated. They provided all the towels! Perfect location to the beach—but with that backyard and landscaping—the beach was optional! We loved our week and want to come back!

Wonderful

Great location, great pool. Clean house, quiet street. Wonderful for our family of four, had some beach gear, wagon, umbrella and chairs in the garage. Multiple beaches close by. Hot tub stopped working midway through the week but that’s the only issue we had. Will be back!

Perfect vaca

My husband and I took our two boys (8 and 15) plus my oldest son’s buddy to AMI which is our favorite place on earth. The house was absolutely PERFECT! Plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was perfectly appointed, and the pool/backyard was where we lived. The backyard is a tropical, private oasis that can make anyone relax. The teenagers rented bikes and rode everywhere on the island. The walk to the beach was easy with the help of the beach cart. We created wonderful family memories and loved doing it in Da Beach House!

We had a great stay at Da Beach House. It was about 2 blocks from the beach so easy walking distance. The backyard pool area was amazing and my kids enjoyed the hammocks. The house had everything we needed including a few beach towels. My only complaint was the pull out sofa bed was extremely worn and uncomfortable. I tried to lay on it with my son one night and it felt like I was going to fall in the floor and I could feel the metal frame. If you're not depending on using that pull out bed then the house is amazing. The house is well taken care of and very clean.

Great beach house

We just returned from spending a week at this property and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All the rave reviews are correct and I will add that the pool was perfect for my two kids who are just starting to swim independently. The pool was not too deep and big enough that they could practice swimming the length without getting to overwhelmed. And the parents where able to relax in the fantastic outdoor area which made our stay feel like the best vacation.

Loved this property.

We have stayed at different locations on the island and this is by far our favorite. It is exactly as advertised. Our only negative comment would be that we had 5 different visitors (maintenance and roofers) show up unannounced at various times. This is a concern when traveling with dogs because they arrived through the back gate while the dogs were outside. I also received a text from maintenance the day prior to our check out asking if they could come to change the ac filter. All things we feel could be handled in between guests when the house is empty. On the positive side the property is very well taken care of. Would rent again.

Backyard Oasis

We were thrilled with Da Beach House! It was only a short walk to one of the most beautiful Florida beaches, spacious, comfortable, well decorated but the best part was that backyard oasis! After our time at the beach, we would come back and hang out in the backyard until bedtime! There is a lovely pool, plenty of chairs, a fire pit and a grill...what more do you need?? Our only minor issues were- the coffee pot was broken, the outdoor table had not been cleaned at all, there was no gas tank in the fire pit and the pool was full of debris when we arrived. However, the rental agency was very quick to respond and resolve all of the issues within a timely manner. And we would totally stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Mini Paradise

This property was more than I expected. The back yard where it looks like a paradise, relaxing and very private. To whom ever that rents this house will not be dissatisfied. I hope you enjoy the stay as much as my husband and I.
