Disappointed for price of room. One dead roach and live roach in bathroom. List of fees for this and that felt unwelcoming honestly. Soiled towels from makeup 10 item. We’ll leave more than 2 makeup remover swab per bathroom when majority of guest women who have makeup to remove, hairdryer in master room did not work, grease and dries spaghetti noodles left in stove burner. Dining chair so wobbly afraid to sit on it in case it broke. Baseboards very dirty. Made me question cleanliness of whole place. Did not like that fact got there before 430 and no in person contact at all through check-in to checkout. No staff on premises . Never stayed at a place where staff wasn’t present 24/7, weird to us. We did enjoy close walk to beach. Will not be staying here again and plan on doing review to warn others what to except. Amenities bare minimum not even tissues to use. Worst place we have ever stayed. Way over priced!

Needs better cleaners

The proximity to the beach was good & it was fairly reasonable price. it’s across the street, but traffic is not very heavy. The pool was clean, though could use more chairs, there was only a couple. The beds were comfortable, but the pullout couch mattress was in terrible condition. We used it closed up for one person. Our biggest complaint was the condition of the floors, baseboards, window ledges, etc.. they need a good scrub!! But all in all we enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time in staying in Surf City. I probably would not stay here again.

Great Location!

The location is super convenient to nearby stores and restaurants, and even better, super close to the beach! The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
