With local shops and restaurants just a short distance away, all the comforts of home, and a stunning ocean view, what’s not to love?!

Treat Yo Self will accommodate up to 14 people ages 4 and up. This property offers 2 King beds, 3 Full/Double beds, 3 Twin beds, and a twin rollaway. Pillows and blankets will be provided.

Second time we’ve stayed here. The first time the A/C didn’t work on the 2nd floor and they brought over portable units, until they could fix it.This time, the master bedroom and bath on the 3rd floor A/C did not work. So, the first night we got no sleep because we didn’t realize that it wasn’t cooling until we went to bed. The next day we called them and they admitted they were waiting on a part, but didn’t inform us prior. The part never came. They brought over a small unit the first night and that didn’t do much. Still 79 degrees. Then they brought a larger unit, which was better, but still didn’t cool the whole space. We couldn’t run both unit because it would trip the breaker every time we tried. The A/C was never fixed and they did not give any portion of a refund to us, even after we requested one. Poor sleep for a week, because of a hot room is unacceptable for a luxury house like this. Very disappointing.

Spotless with absolutely fun/stylish decor. One of the more well equipped kitchens I’ve seen in TI rentals from dishes to appliances. Had everything we needed to make and serve meals for 10. Easy beach access directly across the street. Great ocean view from all balconies. Plenty of room for everyone to sit inside and out which was good because we did have a few mornings of heavy rain. The washer and dryer were in great working order- no need to over pack. The hot tub was clean/well maintained which made for a great coffee spot after our morning runs or post dinner “wine” down place before bed. Everyone slept comfortably in all beds- hard to make that many necks and backs happy in a vacation rental usually, but Treat Yo Self met all of our needs. The covered parking was nice for keeping the cars a bit cooler if we needed to head out somewhere (shops/food places are all 1.3+ miles away- walkable for us but not for all, so just an FYI) as well as when loading the cars in the rain when it was time to leave. The gates were a tad awkward to open/close- the lower peg locking system at the bottom needing to access from opposite sides either to open or secure depending on if you were coming or going. Tons of steps inside and out, but the elevator eliminated all the leg work for the suitcases and groceries! And yes Walmart will deliver groceries to this address. Definitely a place we will be looking at again when we have our next dates figured out

The entire experience with both Lewis Realty and at the property was outstanding. Lewis sends multiple updates prior to check-in. Property was in super condition. Easy access to the beach. Elevator worked great. Kitchen well equipped. My only request would be a good broom or small leaf blower at ground level to keep the sand under control. Also - Note to future guests - spend the $ on the linen package. We should have.

The house is amazing. Our family had a great time. Hot tub was a plus. Ocean views and steps away from the ocean are phenomenal.
