Enjoy an uncrowded beach, but close to shopping and restaurants.

Welcome to Seablings! Seablings has an open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen area with lots of natural light pouring in the large windows. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of sauce pans, frying pans, casserole baking dishes. Large pots for your seafood dinners and large dining table to spread out buffet style! Seating for 8 at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The house has 3 large bedrooms with double closets and ceiling fans. The master bedroom with master bath is located at the end of the hall and is furnished with king sized bed with a Tuft and Needle mattress and large dresser. Also in the master is a smart TV. Second bedroom has queen sized bed with new mattress, TV and large dresser. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens are provided. Full bath in hallway across from twin room . Living room with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku streaming. Also in the kitchen is the washer/dryer in the bifold door enclosure. Enjoy quiet mornings with an ocean view while you have coffee on the large covered front deck. New deck furniture along with chairs and table for 4 makes a nice spot for breakfast and lunch . Downstairs is patio area has two large picnic tables for your alfresco dining. A fish cleaning station and charcoal grill are available downstairs for preparing your "catch of the day". There is also a large outdoor shower with h/c water and separate Captain's head (bathroom). For the four legged family members, there is an enclosed dog run with shade.
Covered parking for 4 vehicles. Plenty of additional parking on both sides of house. Playground at the end of street for kids and gazebo for all to enjoy!
We have check in at 3PM for our guests and you don't have to check out until 11 AM on you departure date! Early check in available during OFF season as long as no scheduled stay prior to your check-in date. The house is just a minutes walk from the beach access and a couple of good local watering holes across the street with pool tables and live music on the patios during warm weather. Seablings is a great bungalow on a quiet street just a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Surf City. We have some of our favorite local spots shown here, some have been around for generations, some are new to the island. Maybe give them a try during your stay. Great Stay in Topsail – Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!

We spent 10 days at this lovely beach rental in Topsail and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach each day, which made it easy to come and go without needing to pack up the car.The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large covered deck was a great spot to relax in the mornings or unwind in the evenings. The master bedroom featured a comfortable king-sized bed, and the dining room table gave us plenty of space for meals and board games. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to cook our own meals, and the fridge looked brand new.We also appreciated the Roku TV, which allowed us to log into our favorite streaming apps during downtime. Kim, the host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only thing to note is that the home backs up to a fairly busy road, so there can be some traffic noise—especially if you’re a light sleeper. We used a white noise machine at night and had no issues after that.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Topsail!

Great Beach House

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was great for relaxing in between going to the beach. The walk from the house to the beach takes 5 minutes and the access point to the beach has no stairs which allowed us to wheel our kids right out to the beach. The house has beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and more. The location is central to topsail and we found it easy to get to the different places we wanted to go. Kim was great at communicating and answered all our questions quickly.

We weathered hurricane Debbie 2024

Location is great to beach and to central surf city! The property manager Kim was excellent to deal w on every level, responsive and accommodating. Plenty of cookware, dishes/glasses Due to the storm (hurricane Debbie) coming through the week we stayed 8/3-8/10/24 we got 1 night walk on the beach, no other beach time due to rain, storm and tremendous high winds. We tried to make the best of of, but after a week of being cooped up together and nothing being open we got a little stir crazy. Some of the area attractions like Karen Beasley sea turtle ctr. and the Missile museum were closed because of the storm for few days. The beds were all super comfy but could use new bed pillows. A lot of the surfaces in the kitchen, light fixtures, floors and the HVAC return vent screen need a deep dusting and cleaning. Also kitchen cabinets and built in in dining room could use a serious wipe down, lots of dirty fingerprints. Some drywall repairs are needed as well in master bath and kitchen. It doesn’t seem like the cleaning people do much, master shower was dirty and sink as well. This morning when we were leaving we got blue skies and sunshine great beach weather, too late for us….i would stay here again because of location and great response from manager.

Second summer stay and we will be back!

This is the perfect family vacation home. Close to the beach, a great layout inside for gathering and dinner and we love spending time on the porch. I was visiting my sons who live in the area and I made dinner for everyone each evening in the well stocked kitchen. We made memories sitting around the large family sized table and then played games on the porch. The beds are comfortable and having linens provided is such a nice extra. Kim is so great to work with and very personable. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Our home away from home…

We had another great stay at Seablings. After 4 stays it now feels like our home away from home. The house is furnished with everything you could need and the location can’t be beat. We loved the new wider stairs to the deck, and the kids liked the updates to the twin bedroom and the hall bath. We look forward to staying again next year!

Nice home with just a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Seablings over the holiday weekend. The house was clean with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us and the fenced area by the carport was nice. The location was good - not too far from town and close to two public beach access points. The owner was responsive and had the house decorated for the holidays. We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation.

Girlfriends Trip

I have a couple of life long friends and we try to take a trip together every year or so. Seablings has become a favorite place to stay. Even in October the weather is beautiful. The house is nice and comfortable inside and the outside areas are great also. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Everything in a vacation stay and more!

Seablings has been my favorite vacation stay out of dozens I have stayed at over the years. Location is perfect. Porch is fantastic. Unit is clean. Beds are super comfortable. One thing you don’t find many places is to have linens included which makes the weekly fee so affordable. Everything you need is there when you arrive. The dog run needs some minor repairs to be able to leave a dog alone inside. My kids and I will be back!!

Wonderful house close to beach

The Seablings house is a fantastic option in Surf City! It's a great space with everything you need..short drive to everything and super short walk to the beach. Best of all, we could bring our sweet little pups with us. Vacations are so much more enjoyable with the fur kids. Thanks for sharing your lovely family beach home with us!
