While the brand new inside is great, the outside is where Ocean Oasis shines! Step out onto either of the two back balconies, where you can enjoy the fresh ocean views and breeze. Sun loungers offer the perfect place to relax, a full dining table makes dining al fresco the norm, and the hightop table and chairs serve as a great sunrise coffee spot. The lower outdoor patio space is equipped with a gas grill for your BBQ nights, while the fenced-in yard ensures privacy and includes yard games to keep everyone entertained. Don't miss the sunsets from the rocking chairs on the front porch!

The private pool, surrounded by comfortable pool furniture, is the perfect spot for lazy afternoons under the sun. Beach essentials, including toys and a wagon for hauling beach equipment, are fully available for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled day by the ocean. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold outside shower before settling into the cozy living room. Here, you’ll find comfortable seating in front of a 65" TV, ideal for movie nights with the family.

The full-sized kitchen features brand new LG appliances and is fully stocked with cooking basics, glassware, and even kids’ dishes and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The dining table and breakfast bar provide the perfect setting for family meals or game nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable space to unwind and refresh (plus views!). The primary bedroom has a king bed and also includes a desk and desk chair, perfect for those who need a quiet spot to work or check emails. Once you're off the clock, head downstairs to the new entertainment lounge featuring additional seating, TV's, a drink fridge, and arcade games.

Ocean Oasis is equipped with thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay. For families traveling with young children, you’ll find a Pack N Play, table booster seats, and electrical outlet covers to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The home also provides a selection of books, toys, board games, and pool toys/floats for entertainment plus a set of dog bowls for your furry friends. A starter set of essential toiletries are provided, along with laundry detergent in the washer/dryer area to make packing a breeze.
