Waterfront cottage w/ views of Topsail Island/Surf City bridge! This unique & tranquil getaway is just minutes to the beach. With 3 BR 2 BA it's perfect for a relaxing retreat w/ family or close friends. Expansive wrap around water views. Custom renovation 10/22 w/ all custom bells & whistles for your enjoyment. Fish, crab, kayak, grill or fall asleep on the screened porch. Watch & listen to the fish jumping!
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Custom, high end renovation with family in mind. Open and modern layout with brand new appliances. Amazing large screened porch to enjoy the view or a meal with family or friends. WiFi throughout the house and Roku TVs in Primary and queen bedrooms for you to stream your favorite shows.
Guests can access the entire space except the owner's closet (locked) in guest bedroom, and locked storage in the crawl space.
We love this area and know it well. We give our guests total privacy but we love to chat and interact and offer suggestions for dining, entertainment, and overall just helping your enjoy your stay!
The best way to reach us is to message us directly. We're real estate agents and we know and love the area and love to share our knowledge and our place with you!
There is a dog park near by. Perfect place to bring your bikes and ride as well.
Parking is on the property.
NOTE: Cottage is waterfront. Kayaks are provided. Please talk to owner before attempting to use kayaks or enter the water. Must wear water shoes in the water to protect feet. WE DO NOT HAVE A PRIVATE DOCK

Family Trip

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, watched the sunrise every morning, and caught a lot of shrimp, fish, and crabs! Our daughter forgot her phone and the host was kind enough to ship it to us! We hope to return again soon and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Wonderful September coastal visit

Just arrive at the location and begin relaxing. The property has all updates that are needed. Location is prime and the view is surreal. Our vacation was a success due to the pinch me waterfront cottage.

Pinch Me is everything the house name means.

One of our favorite houses we have ever stayed at. Beautiful on the inside and out. Really peaceful and relaxing. Close to everything but with no crazy beach traffic. Will stay again next year.

Brothers Fishing Getaway

This home is amazing! Very well decorated, and the backyard is an awesome setup. Very comfortable on arrival. The owner is very responsive and truly cares about the tenants and the property. Will certainly stay again!!

Inviting, Comfortable, Relaxing

This home is inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. The home is elegant yet simple. It is very nice and clean. It still has that new build smell. The view of the water in the back yard could be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom. The Host stayed in touch with us. We were literally across the bridge from the ocean. Close to restaurants and retail stores. If your Looking for a lil piece of Heaven, book this place….you won’t be disappointed!
