Please note, that this unit is located on the ground level of the home and there may be occasional noise if there are renters. This is a private efficiency with a separate driveway and there is no access to the house or its amenities. The only shared amenity is the enclosed outdoor shower.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and may not be enough for a week's stay.

House Rules:
**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises
**Absolutely NO smoking
