Oceanfront Condo w/Views, Pool + Parking

  • Experience coastal bliss with this beachfront, first-floor condo that's centrally located in the heart of Surf City!

    Step inside to a clean and airy space adorned with coastal-inspired décor, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your morning coffee with ocean views on your private deck. Paved walkways to the pool and private beach access to relax and spend your days. Close to local shops, boutiques, restaurants and more!

    The space
    Sleeping arrangements are able to accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with a powder room/half bath for privacy. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out sofa. Linens are provided at no additional cost. Wash cloths will not be provided.
    Kitchen is complete with utensils, pots/pans, plates, and drinkware. All the comforts of home to make your stay as care free as possible.

    Guest access
    The entire condo will be all yours. You will have access to the community pool and outdoor showers.

    Other things to note
    - There is no elevator, and there are 14 steps to the front door.
    - Please remember there are people above you.
    - Private parking port fits two vehicles or provides great shelter to bring your motorcycle! This ensures easy parking for you during the busy on-season.
    - Parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle to ensure safe tow free parking.
    - Pool closes Nov 1st. Opens April 1st pending inspections
    - There will be no refunds or reimbursements resulting from weather conditions, travel delays, pool closures or other events out of our control. We highly recommend looking into trip insurance for unforeseen travel interruptions.

The condo was beautiful. Location and parking were excellent. Very nice pool! The ocean view was just ok because your on the first level but you could still hear the waves crashing. My only complaint was lack of toilet paper and bath soap but overall was a great place to stay.

We have stayed at surf condos every we have been coming for the past 18 years. This condo was perfect. Clean, very well maintained and the sleeping arrangement was very comfortable. The pool is right there and you are only a few steps to the beach. The hosts are very easy to reach if you need anything. Thank you for a spectacular week

This condo was fantastic and I would love to go back! We loved the patio and the walkway right to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. I also appreciated the parking underneath the unit. Maria was great to work with too!

The apartment was excellent! It was walking distance to the beach and pool. The apartment is spacious for our family of 3; we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner in the patio; and the location is near fun activities to do with the family. The best part our daughter loved having her couch bed to herself. Extra Points: Our host, Maria, notified us about the dryer having some technical difficulties, so she gave us another dryer. We did our laundry before we left! We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Maria!

Great family getaway!

We had such a nice stay. It had a relaxing atmosphere. Nice big outdoor pool and the beach was only steps away 😊 The condo was nice and clean and just the right size for our family❤️

The property is fantastic! Very close to the beach and easy parking. The host was amazing and check in was very easy. She was also super responsive. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay! One thing everyone knows about me is that I’m a clean freak! I usually come into a new space and wipe everything down. It was spotless. Unfortunately the dryer went out during our stay, but Maria brought us a drying rack the next morning. I also forgot my cosmetics case and she was kind enough to send it to me by mail. She was an excellent host and communicator and her property was perfect! Surf condos is our favorite place to stay when we come due to the pool and oceanfront property. Can’t wait for next year!

Great Getaway

We always look forward to visiting Topsail Island. Our accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and conveniently located. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot Steps from Beach

Check in was easy and was walking on the beach within minutes of arrival. Clean unit, beautiful view, crisp communication from host. I'd highly recommend this property.

Amazing location and thoughtful owner

Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants while also being in a quiet and peaceful area. The condo is super convenient. The owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo location was perfect. Condo was very clean. Check in and check out was easy! The oversized patio was perfect for relaxing in the evening listening to the ocean. Can not wait to book again!

Beach trip

Enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach and pool. Very clean and updated. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. Maria responded quickly and was very helpful.

Quiet vacation with all of the amenities.

We have stayed in these condo buildings before, just a different numbered unit, and it has remained one of our favorites.
