Conveniently within easy walking distance and close proximity to the family-friendly Jolly Roger Fishing Pier, Topsail Beach’s Bush Marina sound front boat ramp, Patio Playground miniature golf, the local post office, quaint shops, locally owned restaurants, and more, this home provides all of this and a public beach access just across the street!

Awesome place to kick back

For the price, you can't beat it. The house is very well kept, walk to the beach is super convenient, and it's in a great area. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance, but still very quiet. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Topsail Beach.

Good times

Easy access to beach and lots of extras. Roller skating and ice cream were hits with the kids and the Beach Cafe was ridiculously good food for any foodie out there. No lifeguards which for us is a huge plus cuz my boys and I like it rough and ba beach and myrtle kick you out when it’s fun.

We didn't want to leave!

I almost thought about not leaving a review since this seems to be a diamond in the ruff and we didn't want to give it away! This is our second stay down in Topsail Island and our first using HomeAway. We are BEYOND pleased with the house! It is in a perfect spot. Why pay for an ocean side house for a large amount when you can stay in this beautifully located, exceptionally affordable house! It was clean, open feeling, and extremely comfortable. The pictures didn't do it justice! We would sit on the large deck and drink our coffee in the mornings while staring out at the ocean. The beach access is right across the street, about a 30 second walk. We walked to the pier, about a 60 second walk. We went and grabbed some ice cream at the local mini golf, about a 60 second walk. We had some drinks and listened to some great music at the Quarter Moon, about a 120 second walk. As you can tell, there are many things to do within walking distance! We can't thank you enough for sharing this beautiful house in paradise with us!

Great location

For a second row house, the location is perfect. The beach is just a short walk away. There's a road to cross, but it's not busy. After that, the public access is a straight shot. There was also plenty of room to park. The front deck is sheltered from the rain and the sun and the breeze was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there. We also loved the second floor; great place for games, puzzles, and books with plenty of light and views of the sound and ocean. Minor gripes: kitchen was not well stock with pots and pans, no beach stuff available such as chairs and umbrellas, and it got a little noisy at night since it's next to "downtown" Topsail. It was perfect for 2 families to get away for a week. We'll be back!

Great location and layout for our family of five.

Our first trip to topsail beach was really great. From happy days, we could walk to beach, shops, arcade, fish market and restaurants. The location was also convenient for launching our sups in the sound just a few blocks away. We really liked the layout of the house and the large covered deck facing the ocean where we could stay out of the sun or enjoy the frequent rainstorms without getting wet. The kitchen equipment and linens could use some updating but were certainly adequate and beach chairs would have been a plus.
