  • Desde los apacibles amaneceres hasta las doradas puestas de sol de la tarde, lo tendrá TODO mientras se hospeda en "Parrotise". Este dúplex frente al mar cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, tres baños y una decoraci����n costera acogedora.

    Este plan de piso inverso elegantemente decorado incluye una espaciosa sala de estar de nivel superior con Apple TV, pisos de madera y un doble control deslizante que se abre a la cubierta superior cubierta frente al mar. Disfrute de la brisa del mar mientras se relaja en las mecedoras, sumergi���ndose en las interminables vistas del océano desde la cubierta. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con todas las necesidades del hogar, barra de estar y un comedor que puede acomodar fácilmente a seis personas. También hay un dormitorio que ofrece una cama de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana y baño completo en este nivel.

    Al bajar las escaleras al nivel inferior, encontrará tres dormitorios adicionales y dos ba����os completos. La suite principal frente al mar cuenta con una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana, acceso a la terraza de nivel inferior frente al mar y tiene un ba��o privado completo. En el pasillo, encontrará una nueva lavadora y secadora estándar. Continuando por el pasillo, la primera habitaci����n a la izquierda cuenta con una litera con dos camas individuales. Al final del pasillo está el cuarto dormitorio con una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. Al lado del cuarto dormitorio se encuentra el baño compartido del pasillo completo.

    En la planta baja, hay un amplio estacionamiento provisto por dos espacios cubiertos y dos espacios abiertos en el camino de entrada. En este nivel, acceda a la ducha privada, cerrada al aire libre con agua fría y caliente desde el área de estacionamiento o directamente desde la cubierta inferior para lavar después de tener un día con los dedos de los pies en la arena. Situado en el centro, este lugar privilegiado se encuentra a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y el muelle de pesca de Surf City. ¡Reserve su lugar en "Parrotise" hoy mismo!

Perfect!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. Everything was clean, ready and waiting on us when we arrived. Great location, within walking distance of everything you need. The beach access is incredible and the views from the decks is stunning. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Outstanding

Lovely space that was just the right size with plenty of "like home" amenities. So great to find a reasonably priced space that could fit all of my nieces and nephews - this was their first beach trip and "Parrotise" made it all the better. We'll be back!

The unit is well equipped and clean. It is very conveniently located making it easy to walk/short drive to the local grocery and many attractions. The beach is great. Our only complaint is that the beds need updating. The mattresses were a little saggy. We would stay there again.

Good VaCa

Good overall property. Only faults were the thermostats were WAY too complicated and could never get to work correctly. Also the loose bannister going down from the deck was never repaired even after sending a video of the problem and asking them to fix it. Other than that, we all had a good time.

Great layout, perfect location!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The lower floor had the oceanfront primary suite and two other rooms. The 4th bedroom was by itself on the top floor with the kitchen and living area, so it was perfect for our moody teenager. The views are amazing from the primary, and living room and the decks. Just steps to the beach and the outdoor shower was very handy. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the kitchen has everything needed for light cooking. The appliances look to be new and the ice maker and water worked well on the fridge. The location is just a few blocks from the pier, and less than 5 minute walk to most restaurants, coffee, ice cream and ABC store. The management company was great to deal with and we rented towels/linens through them and they were good quality. We will definitely try to stay there again next year!

Terrible check in process

Stay away from Access Realty! They totally misrepresented the check in time. Over and over they refer to an 'after 4:00' check in time, implying that at 4 you can get into the property. The DAY BEFORE, AFTER ALL PLANS FOR TRAVEL HAVE BEEN SET UP AND A GROCERY ORDER PICK UP TIME ESTABLISHED THEY TELL YOU ACCESS IS BETWEEN 4 AND 6!!!!! Since they make it clear that you can't go to the property until its ready, that 2 hours extra is a major problem. Avoid this property as long as Access is managing

Fantastic, as always

Wonderful home in a great location. Loved being able to walk to the coffee shop in the morning and easy to get to everywhere else. The house was spotless, comfortable with great decks and beach access. Topsail is a magical place to begin with, staying in this property just made it better.

Out dated but great location

Older townhome w/o elevator but not as many steps to worry about than newer homes. No king size beds, all queen or bunk. Family room is cozy. We bought our own table to fit everyone around during meals. Fridge needs to be replaced. Showers antiquated but they work! It's an older rental that needs some tlc but as always we enjoy the location lose to the pier.

Amazing

Nice relaxing time while staying in parrotise!! I will definitely be trying to do this again next year- this was a fantastic vacation rental property and the booking signing and communication made our trip so much easier to enjoy!!

35years visiting Topsoil, it is always a beautiful place too spend a few days or weeks

Very nice house,clean and oceanfront. All the necessary equipment that you need. Rental company very good and responsive to request, very friendly and professional.

Nice property in Surf City

Check in was virtual and easy. Property was as expected and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the picnic table on the porch. Beach access and gorgeous views. Perfect stay for our family of 5 with little ones.

No surprises.....the property was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We had a great mini-vacation. Home was very clean. I had to call about 1 minor thing that needed fixing & was promptly addressed.

I have never been happy with our rental company and I have tried several. I am perfectly satisfied with Access Realty handling this beautiful property. We truly needed more parking space since we brought our boat but very happy overall.

Overall great stay

The stay was overall good. Great location- great view! Just a few cons- top floor bedroom fan is off balance and makes noise all night long if you run it- just needs some Maintenance. Dryer- takes multiple times run through to actually dry the clothes. Outdoor shower was wonderful & outside shower & hose was a wonderful thing to have! Lots of space & walking distance to everything down town surf city!

Very cute and super convenient!

The only thing that would have given it 5 stars is a King bed in the master and softer mattresses...other than that is was fabulous! We loved bein right on the beach!

Great house and location.

The house in in good condition and in a great location relative to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's nice to be able to walk many places instead of piling everyone in a car.

Fantastic, relaxing beachy feel...

Our first time renting a beach house and it was wonderful! When we arrived it was spotless super clean, I loved the colors of the decor and it had everything we needed. We wished we were staying longer! Our neighbors next to us were really nice and friendly and even though you had neighbors right next to you, you could not hear them at all. I would definitely recommend this beach!

Great Beach House!

We had a great time at this beach house! Loved the beautiful views from inside and the decks! The location was really perfect-we could walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store, and the pier. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We definitely plan on staying at Parrotise again!
