Property was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and views were stunning. Please note pool is not open until middle of April. As named in the description, they provided a supply bag for your first initial day that included a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, one dishwasher tab, small dish soap, and single laundry. We have stayed at many VRBO’s, and I will say, this was absolutely the least amount of basic supplies we have ever encountered-had no handsoap and aside from salt and pepper- no spices, or any extras that help when you are traveling via ai

Beautiful house in the perfect location

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Well stocked kitchen and the Queen’s Grant neighborhood offered many amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

Repeat visit - best views!

This is our second time staying at this house and it’s great. The views are incredible and it’s so perfect with kids to have the pool and beach within walking distance.

Amazing location!

Amazing location on the sound and very close proximity to Topsail Beach. We saw dolphins both in the sound and from the beach! If you are looking for the most relaxing beach vacation spot then this is it!

Gorgeous Sunsets!

Great week at Topsail! We saw dolphins everyday and gorgeous sunsets! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. Access to the beach was easy, the pool was a nice option and the views from the house were fantastic. Our boys enjoyed watching and waving to all the boat traffic.

Our VRBO had 180 degree views of the backwater and intercoastal waterways (unit is waterfront with no blocked views) with stunning sunsets. Both decks and all of the bedrooms had water views. The elevator made luggage and food handling easy and the unit was only a couple of minute walk to the beach. At the time of year we went , beaches were almost empty and no waits at the many local restaurants

Peaceful and relaxing

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Let’s do Sunset” We loved the location on the inlet. The sunsets were stunning and my husband spent the entire week fishing from the yard.

Great views- Great Property

Our family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property. It was spacious, welcoming, clean and the Property Managers were very attentive. Fishing and crabbing right on the bay were highlights for our family. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The Best time

If you are looking for a great relaxing time this is the place. So cozy inside. Makes your home away from home relaxing! From views, fishing, the pool, and beach we had it all! A gated community with some of the friendliest people! We traveled with 5 kids 10-14 and they had PLENTY to do. Basketball court a, playground. This is an amazing place and the host are amazing as well! 10/10 recommend!

Lovely

The property lived up to its name and was described very accurately. We enjoyed sunsets, dolphins, fishing, swimming and the walk to the beach was not too long. The hosts were very responsive to our communications. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed a great week together as a family. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful inner coastal waters home.

Home was perfect for our family! Decorated super cute. Super clean & had everything we needed to prepare meals. Very spacious. Close to ocean beach and town. We saw dolphins every day. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We love the location of this property. The views of the sound are wonderful, and it's a beautiful home. We could not be happier with our choice, even though Hurricane Ian wanted to join us on vacation! Our second stay with these hosts, and we certainly hope to do so again. Thanks so much.

Lets do sunset

Very relaxing. Did see the dolphins. Easy layout of the house. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip. Would highly recommend to anybody. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Beach Vacation

This house has a spacious kitchen and great views! We loved how close the house was to the beach and pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in use. The house was very clean but could use some updated furnishings and furniture.

Enjoy the view of the sound

We fished in the sound. Rented kayaks and went to the sandbar in the sound. We saw dolphins about everyday in the sound. We loved having an elevator in the house too. It was a good week at this house.

Enjoy our stay and my husband loved fishing from the back yard.

He also appreciated the elevator because of arthritis in his knee. He got a much needed break for a week while he enjoyed fishing. Thank you for your help also when needed.

Relaxing vacation

We all enjoyed our stay. Quiet and not to congested. Close enough to fine restaurants. Play grounds and ocean at finger tips for small children to enjoy. Grand daughters had blast fishing in the bay which was right in our back door. Grandparents were able to watch from balcony. A sting ray was caught and dolphins were just a few feet away. Lovely time had by all.

Greater potential!

The view is simply stellar but there are things that need attention like a good deep cleaning, replace old/stained toilets and toilet seats, upgrade kitchen items also need a couple real cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons and more glassware. Appreciated having plenty of empty cabinets and pantry for our stuff. Really enjoyed being out on the decks and the spacious living area and comfortable beds/bedding. The elevator was a big plus for loading in and out.
