As seen on HGTV's HOUSE HUNTERS in 2023!! This beautiful home-away-from-home features majestic views of the marsh and sound. This charming home includes 6 person hot tub, outdoor shower, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, combined with beautiful, harmonious décor to captivate you in this serene island setting. You can launch your kayak, paddle board or just sit on the dock and enjoy the tidal creeks at Topsail in this perfectly tucked away spot in this highly sought after neighborhood in Surf City.
You will find the kitchen on the main floor along with the living room that opens to a deck overlooking the sound. There is wrap around cushioned seating and dining table along with a hammock swing to enjoy the neverending breeze from the waterway. Also on this floor is a bedroom and full bath.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms, one has an ocean view and the second bedroom is the master with a private deck featuring a beautiful, full-size hammock swing. From this deck the spiral staircase will lead you to the 3rd story Observation Deck boasting 2 Captain's Chairs. This view is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset over the sound or look for dolphins in the ocean.

Second Year

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just the same!! The view from the back porch is one of my favorites, short walk/drive over to the beach, and super close to lots of good food. The house was very clean and communication with the owners was super quick and easy. Thanks again!! We’ll be back!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a breathtaking view that’s truly indescribable. The home was spotless, cozy, and welcoming, with easy access to everything. Fantastic Stay

We traveled for a local graduation and extended weekend on the beach. Our stay was fantastic from before we got to town. The owners messaged us before we arrived with info on the stay, local hot spots and everything we needed to know about the house! Once we arrived the house was absolutely beautiful and clean! The house had plenty of supplies for a family to stay and enjoy without worry! Towels and toiletries were great! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more and small appliances! The amenities were great. Kayaks out the back, hot tub, bikes, and perfect beach cart with chairs and umbrella! The owners have got everything you need to enjoy the stay and have a great time! Just got off the plane and stopped for milk on the ride over! We did have a slight issue which we contacted the owners and they immediately answered and came right over to help! We’re super friendly and couldn’t recommend them anymore! We will absolutely be staying here again! We look forward to the stay!

Enjoyable Trip

Perfect place to stay. Beautiful views and short walk to beach. Lots of restaurants close by. It was a wonderful trip. This townhouse is very clean and nice. We would enjoy going back.

Surf City Beach

Surf City is a very laid back place with not much to do in terms of activities but the beach is peaceful, beautiful and clean. The house we have been is clean, well maintained with all the amenities needed to get the feel of home. It has beautiful views from the deck towards the swamps. The hosts were very courteous and helpful. Overall our trip was very peaceful and quiet time to catch up with family.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our trip so much to this beautiful property! It was so nice to be close to both the beach and the intercoastal. We kept busy with fishing, kite flying, brewery visits, something for everyone. The sunsets from the decks were just gorgeous. The owners were very friendly and helpful.The house was so clean and fresh! We will definitely be coming back!

Last summer beach weekend

We met my sister’s family at the beach. We loved that the house was on the intercostal side but still only a few blocks from the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the decks for coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook our own meals. We used the kayaks to explore the area behind the homes. The hot tub was perfect!

Amazing!!! Will be recommending Lorsons Landing to everyone I know!

I have been coming to Topsail since my childhood and this is my favorite place that I have stayed! Extremely clean, beautiful scenery, short walk to the beach, and very friendly/responsive hosts. We had so much fun kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub as well. We actually ended up getting engaged on the dock that is used to launch the kayaks! Best vacation ever, looking forward to returning next summer!
