You will be captivated by the stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway from this charming home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, situated in the vibrant center of Surf City. Designed with a reverse floor plan, this house allows you to appreciate breathtaking sunsets while dining. The dining table accommodates 8 guests, with space for an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop for your culinary needs. After a fulfilling day at the beach, unwind around the TV for some late-night leisure. The second floor includes a full bathroom and a queen bedroom.

On the first level, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry area. The master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed and an opulent bathroom, complemented by a queen bedroom and a bunk room, which is perfect for the kids.

Lovely beach house

Overall, Lovely! Bedrooms and mattresses on the beds were excellent! Great AC system. All the rooms clean, decorated well. Kitchen had everything we needed, which was amazing! Lots of extras included, which were nice. Location was great, walkway to the beach was a godsend lol. The minor flaws… Pool wasn’t super clean, could use some attention, maybe leave a pool net? (we wouldn’t have minded doing it) just to get the leaves out. Floor in living room had some scrapes and food under the couch(popcorn/chips). But overall wonderful place for vacation and accommodated our large extended family… Highly recommend!

Won’t be back

The property was ok. It did have a small pool and easy access to the beach. It was 3 floors and the stairs were very steep and narrow. My biggest problem was the a/c stopped working on Friday morning…Tried calling several times before getting someone. By the time we did get ahold of them they said it would be 9pm before they could get someone out to look at the unit to see if it could be fixed…it was already 83° in the house so we just ended up leaving early. Asked to have someone come out sooner or for a 1 night refund and was denied. I felt like more could have been done to resolve the situation.

We loved our stay here. Between the pool, fishing and the beach there was something for everyone in our family to do and keep busy. The place was clean and well organized.
