I was really looking forward to the hot tub...which was not working. Based on the professionally made sign, probably not an unusual event. Back steps were dirty. Room was fine and the extra blanket and black out shades were great.

TV didn’t work, wi-fi didn’t work, pool was closed, and no food, even though it was suppose to include breakfast. Called front desk several times, no answer. Was suppose to get $15 off room rate for no breakfast, but was still charged full amount. Only good thing, bed was comfortable.
