    Nuestra unidad de 3 dormitorios tiene su propio balcón privado, así como un plano de planta abierto con hermosas vistas al puerto deportivo y al lago Macatawa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. La segunda habitación tiene una cama king size con una habitación adjunta con una litera. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y una litera. Cada habitación tiene un televisor y un baño adjunto. La unidad también cuenta con una sala de lavandería, una sala de estar con un sofá cama y una amplia cocina con electrodomésticos de alta gama.

    Ubicada en el lado norte del lago Macatawa, esta unidad en The Staterooms es un alquiler de vacaciones semanal totalmente amueblado y de nueva construcción ubicado en el segundo piso de Yacht Basin Plaza, el corazón de Yacht Basin Marina. Esta unidad tiene vistas al lago y está equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar. Nuestra plaza ofrece centro de conferencias Yacht Basin, servicio de botes y proveedores, tienda de fiestas Down the Hatch, Anew Salon & Day Spa, ventas de yates de Grand Banks e inversiones de Capital Harbor. También se encuentra en la propiedad junto a la piscina el LoLo's Bar & Grill. ¡LoLo’s es un restaurante al aire libre en el muelle con vistas a la costa, buena comida y bebidas heladas!

    Nuestra piscina climatizada está abierta los fines de semana del Memorial Day hasta la primera semana de septiembre.

    Debido a los cupos abiertos muy limitados en 2017, DEBE hacer una reserva para un alquiler transitorio durante su estadía. Por favor contacte a Gwenn. Los huéspedes del camarote reciben un 20% de descuento en alquileres. No hay tarifas de cancelación. Hay estacionamiento gratuito para su remolque de botes y hay una rampa de lanzamiento público justo al lado.

    Situado a poca distancia se encuentra el Parque Estatal Holland con sus extensas playas de arena, el monte. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, alquiler de kayak, canoa y stand up, alquiler de motos acuáticas y botes, alquiler de bicicletas y kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas.

    AÑO ABIERTO. The Staterooms no es solo un destino de verano. Visítenos en la primavera para el famoso Tulip Time Festival de Holanda. El otoño es un buen momento para disfrutar de un recorrido en color, ir de excursión o recoger manzanas. En el invierno, puede esquiar a campo traviesa, pasear en trineo o maravillarse con los icebergs del lago Michigan. El centro de Holanda es un gran lugar para comprar incluso en invierno, con aceras climatizadas y una chimenea al aire libre para ayudarlo a mantenerse caliente.

    El horario de check-in es a las 4pm en la fecha de inicio de su estadía y el check-out es a las 11am.

    - No fumar y no mascotas.
    - Debe tener 25 años para alquilar.
    - No hay despedidas de soltero, solteras o fiestas similares de ningún tipo.
    - Desafortunadamente no podemos acomodar grupos grandes o reuniones familiares en The Staterooms, sin embargo, el Centro de conferencias Yacht Basin (en la propiedad) se puede alquilar con capacidad para 300 personas.

The condo had everything we needed! Check in and check out we’re very easy. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location was close enough to the beach that we were able to ride our bikes every evening. We would stay again.

The unit was nice and clean and even more spacious than the pictures indicated. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a great plus for our large family group staying there. It was so nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the boats come and go. We will definitely stay here again!

This location was exactly what I was looking for. Unit was very clean and the size was perfect for our larger family to stay together. Check in was very easy. This was a comfortable stay and a great view of the marina. Beaches and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Our favorite, Lolo's, was right on site as well as a very nice outdoor pool. We will stay again.

Great place for large group

place was really clean. open concept great for large group, we had 12 people and we were all comfortable. The view onto the harbor was super nice to sip our morning coffee. I would recommend to anyone!

Second year staying here. Just love it. Check in is so easy and communication prior to stay is great. The condo is so spacious and has everything you need. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out. The kids absolutely love the pool. Close to the beach!

Excellent Experience!

Awesome rental experience... perfect size, accomodations, and location for our family weekend ... everything was clean, exactly as called out in the listing, plus they even took time to add little details and go above and beyond (such as the gift basket waiting for us which was much appreciated). Overall we were very impressed and had a great stay at the Statesroom! Thank You!

Annual Family Getawy

Absolutely loved our accommodations and property! Our family consisted of my husband and our 4 grandkids and their parents. The rooms were perfect and accommodated everyone comfortably. Everything we needed was supplied and the Harch sold anything we need. We enjoyed sitting on the balconey and watching boats going out and coming in. Will definitely return again!

Awesome family vacation

We wanted a place for our kids and grandkids plus my parents. This was perfect. So much space and so clean. All amenities included that we needed. Kids loved the pool and playground . We used the gas grills too which were great. Location was perfect. Plus the balcony was great for morning coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back.

Great stay

The condo was great. Elevator and luggage cart were clutch for all of our stuff and my older parents. Great balcony views of the marina. Huge open floor plan, even bigger in person. Great that every bedroom has own bathroom. Great pool and playground for the kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially large groups. Only criticism is that the balcony and chairs could use a deep cleaning and spray for bugs every so often. A lot of huge spiders had made their permanent home there.

Great family getaway spot!

This was a great place to stay with our family for a long weekend in Holland. The pool was so fun for our little ones, and we loved that it’s a short drive to the beach. The condo was very clean! We loved having coffee out on the balcony overlooking the marina in the mornings. The owners were communicative & check in/out was a breeze. We really appreciated that they had a pack and play available to borrow - one less thing for us to pack!

Great location. Bigger than expected.0

The pictures don't do the place justice. It's a large, clean unit with nice fixtures. Very quiet, with excellent sound proofing. The view of the marina is great and it was fun watching the boats go out and come in. Unit very close to Holland State Beach and Tunnel Park beach access. Very easy to bike to beach. Downtown Holland also an easy drive. Overall, my family of grandparents, teenagers, and my husband and I were very happy with our stay at The Staterooms.

Great condo in fab location

Beautiful marina view. Nice amenities are pool, small market, playground and bar. Almost everything you could need to enjoy your vacation is on the property. We did need some extra linens our fault for not checking ahead of time. Otherwise we’ll stocked. Large balcony with plenty of seating is a big plus. Would stay again!
