It is located on the top (2nd) floor with 530 square feet of nesting space, which includes a NEW KING TEMPURPEDIC bed, adjoining full bathroom with tiled shower and glass french doors that open up to a spacious living room with hardwood floors throughout, 2020 50” smart TV with YOUTUBETV streaming subscription (or you can access your own accounts) sofa with pull out bed, and fully equipped galley kitchen. There is also a covered deck/porch off the back of the building, which is where you will find your personal entrance and designated parking space #3. This apartment is as advertised and as described. Great location. Very clean. You can tell the host has put thought into everything to offer a positive experience. The kitchen was well equipped, especially given the size. We really appreciated having the user manual for the combo microwave/oven so we could make homemade pizza, which turned out great! The bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion we would have is to provide a drying rack or something to hang the damp swimsuits and beach towels after a day at the lake. Thank you Robyn!

What a perfect place to stay in Saugatuck! We were here for 5 nights with our two small dogs, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The location could not be better! We were just a couple minutes walk to the river, the waterfront restaurants, a park where they had live music, and all the great shops. We enjoyed the pool across the street at the Ship N Shore Hotel, so that was a nice perk. We loved the beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park, which is just a 10 minute drive away. The owner , Robyn, was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay in one of her properties again!

Lovely as always!

We had a lovely stay and when it was raining we put together the jigsaw puzzle (pictured) that was in a drawer. It's so funny that one missing piece! We were impressed with how it turned out so we left it on the coffee table. Great experience.

Nice place in great location

Compact yet efficient modern unit with several amenities in a great location. Newer or newly renovated unit near great restaurants, water, bike paths and parks. We biked and walked everywhere. Small rather barky dog in lower unit, but otherwise quiet and relaxing.

Another Great Stay!

We’ve stayed a number of times in apartments in the three Water Street buildings and each time we’ve enjoyed our stay. The building is across from Wick Park, has a narrow view of the river and is a short walk to downtown. It’s is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs to climb.

Nice place in the heart of everything!

My sister and I stayed here for a quick girls weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier! The place is nice and comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had everything we needed- there was even some coffee and filters ready for us to use. It was really convenient to be able to walk everywhere and we had a great time!

Cute Condo Great Location

It was super easy to find and access the condo. It was the perfect size for myself and my two boys. The king size bed was comfy. I couldn’t find extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, but my son said he was comfortable enough. It was quite stuffy and humid when we entered, but we adjusted the window units and it cooled off after a couple of hours. The location is absolutely perfect and so many things are in walkable distance. The bathroom did not smell fresh, and it really could’ve used a bleach scrubbing to freshen it up. It smelled like a sour mop.

Saugatuck Get-Away

We had a lovely stay at Robyn's Nest. It was exactly as pictured and perfect for a couple. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival, making the property easy to access. The space was clean and well furnished. We especially loved the location, an easy walk to shops, parks, restaurants and the chain ferry. We would stay again without hesitation!
