Location, Location, Location. Great condo located in the heart of Saugatuck, across from the Ship 'n Shore Motel. Our home will make you feel at home. It is warm, comfortable and an important part of your memorable vacation. We have off street parking, a yard to sit back and people watch from, or a balcony to enjoy a relaxing evening. We rent short and long vacations! Besides all of the amenities Saugatuck offers, Holland and beautiful state parks are less than 20 minutes away. South Haven, another great lake shore town is twenty minutes south and the high speed ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon is an hour drive north. Please come and stay in our home.     This place was nice for an overnight stay in Saugatuck for a Friday September wedding for my husband & I. PLEASE NOTE: the location it shows on the listing map is incorrect. We chose it specifically for the map’s location, because it was next to the wedding venue, but instead ended up being a 8 minute walk. Luckily, the weather was nice!

    My daughter and I was in town for just one evening to attend a wedding celebration. The hostess, Katherine, was super responsive and accommodating to the later check in and check out. We really enjoyed the convenience of the condo located within walking distance to downtown eatery, shopping and pier. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Thank you for a lovely stay! For those who loves to eat, we highly recommend the broasted chicken from Phil’s Tavern in downtown and the delicious Lemon Lake waffles from Basecamp: Coffee & Waffles around the corner.

    We loved staying at you place! We had a couple of challenges — First, the bed was so high I couldn’t get onto it!!! Though funny, I wish it had a one or two step up nearby. Second, a larger bed would be appreciated… but it was okay … just too high. Last, we didn’t know the condo was on the second floor. It was challenging for us to walk up and down the steps multiple times daily AND with luggage at load in and out. None of our challenges are a reflection on the property itself but I wish we knew about these aspects of the place ahead of time so we could’ve figured out how to navigate the above more gracefully. Everything g else was terrific! Thank you very much!!!

    Perfect Wedding Night!

    I cannot recommend Kathleen’s beautiful Water Street condo any more highly! My now-wife and I planned our August 2025 wedding at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts and we were looking for a place for me (and my groomsmen) to get ready the day of, and for my wife and I to stay for our first night as a married couple! This place was perfectly located for an unforgettable moonlit walk through downtown Saugatuck after our exit from the Art Center. It was PERFECT! The condo was very clean, bright, and nicely decorated to reflect the ideal beach town. Kathleen was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Thank you for the perfect stay!

    Super location to start..

    The unit is nicely appointed. The stairs were a bit of an issue when we arrived and had to haul everything up. Perfect location at one end of town. Nice and quiet. Opened the windows one night and had wonderful cross ventilation.

    We had the most amazing stay at this Saugatuck gem! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water and just a short walk to everything the town has to offer. The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saugatuck!
