Fires Creek:
Fires Creek runs through the property — a gentle, tree-lined waterway that gives Manor its most magical quality. On summer evenings, fireflies appear along the creek bank in one of those genuinely rare natural spectacles that guests talk about long after they leave. In winter, the creek takes on a different beauty — quiet, misty, and completely private. The creek is the soul of this property and there is nothing else like it anywhere on the Central Coast.
The Pool & Cabana:
A sparkling in-ground pool surrounded by lush garden — with a large cabana and adjoining bathroom completing a private summer resort setting. Long pool afternoons while the birdlife moves through the garden around you, and the absolute quiet of 2.5 private acres in every direction.

The Fires Creek Botanical Winery — named for the same creek that runs through the property — is nearby. Gosford and the broader Central Coast are minutes away. You are completely in the country, and the coast is just around the corner.

Known for its leafy streets, large blocks, and bushland surroundings, it offers a peaceful, country-like lifestyle while still being conveniently close to local shops, schools, and amenities.
The suburb appeals to families, retirees, and those seeking a quieter pace, with plenty of space for gardens, pets, and outdoor activities. Its natural environment provides walking trails, birdwatching, and a calm retreat from the busier coastal hubs nearby.
Despite its semi-rural feel, Holgate has good access to nearby coastal towns, beaches, and the M1 motorway, allowing residents to enjoy both relaxed living and easy connectivity to Sydney or Newcastle for work, leisure, or travel.
