Nestled in the heart of St James, this townhouse offers easy access to Barbados' diverse and vibrant attractions. Nearby, guests can indulge in culinary delights and scenic views at popular spots like Lonestar, Juju's, Jumas, and have membership of the Fairmont's Beach Club, all just a short stroll away. The beautiful Alleynes Bay with its golden sands and turquoise waters is also within a few minutes walking distance.

For Golf, shopping & entertainment, the Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane areas are a quick five-minute drive, while the charming town of Holetown is easily reachable. Speightstown is just a seven-minute drive, and Grantley Adams International Airport is conveniently 45 minutes away, making exploration of the island effortless.

Designed across 3 floors, the open-plan layout on the main floor features the living room, Dining and Kitchen with oversized sliding doors leading to the outdoor plunge pool area. A convenient powder room is situated near the entrance for guests' ease.

Built-in wardrobes with designated suitcase storage spaces add to the convenience.

The master suite boasts an impressive and stylish design, with a matching white marble double vanity sink and a walk-in glass-paneled shower with both overhead and handheld options. As you arrive, you'll find your dedicated semi-covered parking space that leads to your own front door, ensuring that you have complete privacy during your stay.

In addition to the kitchen and dining area, the ground floor features a dedicated multi-channel TV-snug with Wi-Fi and internet service and a powder room, providing a space for entertainment and relaxation. The ground floor is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, ensuring that you can enjoy the perfect temperature during your stay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area that can seat up to six guests.

As you enter the ground floor, you will be greeted with an impressive wall-to-wall glass paneled sliding door that leads out to a private garden.  This outdoor space is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beautiful Barbados weather.

From the dining area, you can flow seamlessly into the adjacent handmade adorned white marble kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances,  to meet your culinary needs during your stay. The large island in the center of the kitchen features three breakfast stools and a conveniently located outlet, making it a versatile space that can be used as a workspace or a social gathering spot.

The outdoor sun-garden area includes a private plunge pool, chairs, umbrella and shower, creating a serene oasis where you can soak up the Caribbean sunshine in privacy creating the perfect place to relax and unwind.
