The Ostseepark Blaue Wiek is located directly on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast between the old Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar, close to the settlement of Wohlenberg near the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. In addition to the great recreational value of the idyllic village itself, the central location on the Baltic Sea coast makes your holiday home so attractive.

This house has a table with 10 seats, which is protected from the sun by an awning. There are also two sun loungers, a hot tuband a beach chair on the fenced property. The covered outdoor pool (use from April to early November), which is located in the immediate vicinity, can be used by all guests, as can the sauna. An adventure playground (fenced in) and a large ball playground offer children from 2 to 80 plenty of opportunities to let off steam.

The EXCLUSIVE house with its thatched roof offers North German living flair combined with modern comfort. With approx. 135 m² of usable space including terrace, there is enough room for 10 people to make their holiday dreams come true. The high-quality furnishings naturally also include two bathrooms/showers, sauna, a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, flat-screen TV with soundbar and radio. On the terrace there is a barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a hot tub (booking on site) and a beach chair, fenced in with a chic picket fence, the house offers ideal opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday with a dog, for example. A handcart for the beach can be hired if required. The washing machine has a coin-operated machine. The indicated price refers to 8 persons. Additional persons must be booked. The house has 10 beds.

Linen, Amenities and Parking

Please note that bed linen and towels are only provided if they have been booked in advance. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own. Children’s cots are available, and bedding, including pillows and duvets, is provided in the house.

Your house features a private outdoor hot tub. If you would like to use it, the hot tub must be booked before your arrival. It will then be unlocked for your stay.

After each guest change, we completely replace the water and heat it to 36–38°C (97–100°F). The hot tub is checked regularly to ensure proper operation and water quality.

Operating instructions can be found in the guest app. Please make sure to shower before using the hot tub. Otherwise, additional charges may apply for extra water changes.

Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking space assigned to your house. Please note that our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Sauna, Pool and Leisure

The outdoor sauna, located on the terrace next to the pond, is available to all guests and is operated via a coin-operated electricity meter.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

Catering and Shopping

Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite.

For larger grocery shopping, you will find a Kaufland supermarket in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

House Rules and Departure

We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.


If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.

In every house, you will find the house rules and a spare key at the entrance door. All important information and guidelines for your stay are clearly summarized there for your convenience.
