This light filled, open plan family home is directly across from the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Comfortable, with several areas for entertaining, this is a superb beach side home that will make for special holiday memories!
The location is central to many tourist hot spots and is in the midst of the ‘golfing mecca’ that Seven Mile Beach is becoming.
Make it your base to visit Port Arthur, the beautiful East Coast, the Coal Valley Winery route, charming Richmond and Hobart itself.

A double storey five bedroom house with two bathrooms, there are four upstairs bedrooms which consist of two queen beds, one double and one king bed and there is a spacious, shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom is downstairs and has its own bathroom and separate toilet.
Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning water views and you will be waking up to hear the sound of waves and see the beach while you are sipping your morning tea. The view is indescribably beautiful, especially in the mornings watching the sunrise – you may even be lucky enough to spot the occasional dolphin!
In the front yard near the beach, there is an outdoor fire pit however there is a current fire ban in place unfortunately. You may like to instead enjoy a glass of wine and some nibbles on the front deck overlooking the water.
This beachside escape will be a special place for your family getaway and a favourite with everyone.

There is a dual entry driveway with plenty of parking space and the key will be in the lockbox for your arrival. Access is also available on the sides of the house but it`s super important to shut the gates every time. My dogs have no road sense and need to be kept in please.

I live on site in the backyard of the property in the small cottage and will leave you to your privacy unless you need assistance.
My two fur baby girls, Frankie and Lola will be your welcoming committee, they are friendly and love treats (but not too many please!)
You share the site with us but you will have privacy but please feel free as you wish to say hi and have a chat!
Some times there may be guests in the cottage but there is a substantial privacy wall and gate between the two properties and therefore privacy is assured for all parties.

Travel time to Hobart CBD is typically 20 - 30mins on the main highway
We have a quiet neighbourhood in Seven Mile so I would ask my guests to respect this please. No parties thank you.
