Welcome to our Hobart City Oasis 3-bedroom unit, ideally situated in the heart of downtown Hobart on Macquarie Street. This fully functional house is thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests and it is the top choice for great value for money.

It has easy access to every Hobart City had to offer. 5 mins of bus ride to the CBD and to the lively trendy shops in upper Sandy Bay. The bus stop is right in front of the house.

The Space:
- Hobart City Oasis has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed and a heater. The kitchen has everything you need, a microwave, oven, fridge and all necessary cookware.

- The sofa bed is available in the living room for an extra guest, There is parking space for one car at the entrance, and the adjacent room to the unit has a washing machine and dryer.

Great value and location

Great location- can walk into town and restaurants etc. Amazing value for money. Have to provide more info than other locations to book in, which was hard when have limited phone reception.

Great location as closer to City, but the house maintenance can be improved

Very convenient as it's close to City, Shops. House is sufficient for family and the management was very responsive. Property maintenance can be improved with some more utensils, beds are making noisy as they are not sturdy, kitchen sink taps are not well maintained, hallway is very small (picture doesn't show that its small or there is no information on it's small hallway), car parking is not convenient as it's not easy to fit Kia Carnival.Overall it's great location

City Oasis review

This property presented exactly as in the pictures and description. It was within easy walking distance of many city attractions, with perhaps the best find being the Chowk Hotel which was literally just around the corner and had such friendly service and great Nepalese food. Whilst the property could sleep 7 (at a pinch) it was not comfortable for 3 of us to sit, relax and chat and with only one bathroom and no separate toilet it might become rather awkward with more guests.

Accessible access not good for me

We actually couldn't stay here! When we arrived we were slightly startled by a young indian chap as we were trying to enter the property at the front. He mention & directed us to the property out the back which was next to his home with a bunch of other lads (little bit noisy) & was only 2 metres away. I found it impossible to get in & out of the property as I have mobility issues. The side path was thin & uneven. I felt the description of this path & the proximity of the other property could have been described with a little more detail. Even if I could get in & out of the property my sister & cousin weren't super keen to stay as of how close this other share house was & my cousin noticed the beds didn't have mattress protectors on. The property was neat & tidy but small. Location is pretty close to everything. The management were good in communication with me and fair with a partial refund. This is a well priced property in a good location that wasn't suitable for us but may be ok for others.

Lovely Property

A cosy property perfect for a small group, the location is fantastic, easy walking distance to everywhere in the city and surrounds. The host was excellent and ready to help with any of our needs.
