"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"The hotel is very well positioned on the beautiful Charlotte Square. It truth the hotel, compared with when I stayed there a few years ago, was a bit run down and even grubby. Needs a spot of paint and quite a lot more - rather disappointing."

"We loved having an entire apartment to ourselves for the duration of our stay in Scotland! It was near a lot of great restaurant/food options, and just a short walk to the train station and a tram stop. It was a little outside of the heart of Edinburgh, so it was much quieter than it would have been if it had been more central, but we liked that! We didn’t realize we had booked a lower-level (basement) apartment, and I would not do that again. It was pretty dark and damp, which we weren’t fans...

"Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice. Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge. It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas."

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The Haymarket station was close by within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was top-notch. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"This was the PERFECT location and setup for us as a family of four with two kids (young enough to sleep together on a pull out couch). It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We could have used a fan a few times since we were there during a heat wave, but that was the only issue!"

"Not worth £150/night. My room had dirty carpet and there were black hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived. One day my room was not cleaned after I came back from the town 15.30. Swimming pool very small for so big hotel. Over all not clean and too expensive."
